Excellent neighborhood and location

My husband and I stayed a month and had visitors 3 times. The house is spacious and the backyard very awesome. The kitchen had lots of skillets, appliances, dishes etc. lots of spices even! They changed their internet service for us and it is now “work ready” for Zoom, etc. Very responsive. I wish they had a gas fireplace in addition to the wood one since you couldn’t burn wood outside due to fire. Their outdoor kitchen is awesome. Overall, comfortable house in a great location and we felt very at home.

Arizona Getaway

House was in a very nice quiet neighbourhood with friendly neighbours. Was very comfortable. Wish we knew about paying extra for hot tub and a warm pool. Within walking distance to two very good plazas with wonderful restaurants.

Great property and great hosts

The property is very nice and very clean. Beautiful neighborhood with beautiful landscaping. The house was just as advertised. Host was very responsive and helpful. 5 stars! Thank you for allowing us to extend our stay for an extra night! Highly recommend

Perfect home away from home!

Our entire family had a wonderful trip during our week long stay at this property! Everything was as expected! The house was very clean inside with lots of amenities available. The backyard pool/spa, multiple sitting areas to pick from, beautiful desert landscaping & grill were great! The hosts answered all pre-vacay questions immediately and were always available if needed during our stay. The location was perfect for all our Scottsdale activities & exploring and close to grocery, shops and restaurants too. We will definitely be back to stay here again and would recommend this property to others!

Always a winner!

Always a perfect week. Laying by the pool watching the private jets fly into Scottsdale. Close to Lamps Pizza, Little Snitch and AJs! All that and an absolutely quiet neighborhood!

Relaxing vacation

Had an enjoyable stay at this lovely property--love the pool and large, well-landscaped yard. Bird-watching is easy as is access to many nearby trails.

Ideal property

This house was perfect for us and we would eagerly stay there again next time in Scottsdale. Location was close to restaurants and golf courses and hiking we like and there is a supermarket and other services close by. The pool and outdoor fireplace and covered patio got used daily. The owner was very responsive. The bedding was comfy, although there is only 1 master so it’s a better ht for a family than multiple couples. It is well stocked with supplies and essentials. Very quiet secure neighborhood with elaborate landscaping.

Beautiful back yard and pool

We enjoyed the property for a month. Close to grocery stores and restaurants so very convenient. Clean and comfortable and a wonderful back yard. The pool was warm enough to enjoy without heating it and we spent a lot of time in the spacious backyard. The host, Thomas, was quick to respond to our questions and we will definitely try to rent this home again.

Lovely house in a great location

House is perfect for a small group. Very clean and everything you need. Garden and pool area is great, both during the day and in the evening. Very quiet and not overlooked. Location is perfect with supermarket, coffee places and restaurants just down the road, within walking distance in the evening for dinner. We shall come back.

Very peaceful, beautiful getaway

Stayed at the house for 12 days. I had surgery and spent more than a week recovering here. It was exactly what the doctor ordered, especially in super hot weather. The owner is very responsive, helpful and friendly. The house is immaculate and we wanted for nothing at all. Great location near all amenities. And the outdoor kitchen was awesome. We will be back for sure!! Thanks for your hospitality. A real gem!

Quiet and comfortable

Great house! Great location. Close to North Scottsdale but set back and quiet. I think there are neighbors all around but we didn’t hear a peep! Property manager was available and friendly. Can’t think of any negatives!

The property is amazing!

We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood with great proximity to many of our fave things: hiking, restaurants, AJs Fine Foods; we enjoyed the pool and spa -- the landscaping in the backyard is just beautiful. Would stay again!

Nice property with good value

Home had a good layout for both indoor and outdoor living. This property was great for a one month winter getaway for my wife and I. Also accommodated visits for added family and friends throughout the stay. Two cautions ... one, wifi and cell service had limitations. Owner has committed to investigating change of service providers. If this has not been converted, the internet (email and video streaming) will be limited. Second, heating for hot tub and pool cannot be operated at same time, so understand this if chose to pay extra for usage.

very disappointing stay

*44 day stay * Started by Host arranging to drop off a family member's vehicle to store in the garage before my arrival without consulting me or getting my approval *No active local premier property manager as advertised, and Host was out of state for duration of our stay. Saw him once on the last day when he came to pick up the car stored in garage * Main Furnace was not working upon my arrival. I spent the first 8 days of my stay with no heat in the entire living area of house. Only had heat from a 2nd furnace in the bedrooms. *Host has heat programmed to 68 degrees and turns off entirely late night/early morning. Had to clear the programming to have the heat at 72 to be comfortable. Night time lows during our time in the 30-40s and daytime highs were 50-60s. It was FREEZING in the house in January!! New furnace and compressor had to be installed *One roll of TP in bathrooms, 2 kitchen garbage bags, one roll of paper towel. a little more would have been appreciated *Issues with the hot water, hit or miss how long you get a hot shower, not hot enough to wash dishes. Dishwasher was poor and needs a good cleaning * Patio furniture cushions and 2 loungers are dirty, faded and tearing *Near end of trip when our kids arrived, I requested Spa be turned on. Host made multiple excuses why pool and spa could not be heated. Beforehand, the pool people informed me it could be activated immediately. The option to heat pool/spa was a big part of the reason why I chose this house. I insisted the spa be heated and the Host finally turned it on. *Cold winter in AZ and I guess he didn't want to lose $$ on the heating. *Annoying plastic tarp over the spa which is held down with rocks from the yard. Host asked for it to always be replaced when not in use. Tarp and rocks end up in the spa when winds are strong. Not fun fishing it out *Vacuum cleaner rug feature does not work as its too bound up with hair. Gross * Bathtub doesn't drain and pushes back up black debris and hair... disgusting to stand in while showering. forget having a bath *To Host's credit no charge for the 4 days of spa heat and apologized for the ups and downs on our stay. Too little too late * I believe these issues are the result of trying to minimize expenses on upkeep and running it as a side business. this negatively impacted our entire time and made for a frustrating stay. *I would not recommend this property and believe there are many better options nearby
