I appreciate you calling out the maintenance concerns and can assure you we will take each very seriously. We will have our maintenance team inspect the bed frame and mattress, repair the doorknob and lock, repair the faucet and I can confirm they are already making progress toward the oven/griddle repairs. Stained towels will be replaced and housekeeping reminded about towel quality checks. I’m sorry the layout was unclear — we’ll update the listing description and photos to make the bathroom arrangement obvious for future guests. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I'm glad the location, ocean view, and beach access worked well for your group and that the home's layout was comfortable for all of you. I'm sorry the interior furnishings and some appliances fell short of expectations. We will have the housekeeping team schedule window cleaning and either deep clean or replace the pillows and mattress pads. We will also have them make a list of furnishings needing replaced and discuss it with the owner when next planning upgrades. The maintenance team will inspect and test each appliance and schedule the necessary repairs. They will also make sure the chairs are repaired as well.
