All four bedrooms feature the most comfortable mattresses you will sleep on while traveling. Each bedroom has new comfortable pillows and linens that match the room's decor. Three of the bedrooms have queen beds and the master bedroom with attached bathroom has a king bed. This is a tri-level home with 2 bedrooms on the main floor, one upstairs and one downstairs.

The living room features plenty of seating with a large comfy sectional that also allows for an additional place for a guest or two to sleep. This area also has a 65" Android enabled smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, and other streaming channels available for guest access. You're welcome to download any other channels and use your own logins to watch whatever you like as well as use the screen mirroring function to mirror from tablets and laptops.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals during your stay. There are plenty of pots and pans, great appliances, and plenty of room to prepare meals or enjoy takeout food. Refer to our guidebook after booking for some great local options and restaurants.

The dining area has seating for guests and friends to stop by.

The bathrooms are clean, updated, and stocked with all the linens and toiletries one might need throughout their stay. Shampoo and body wash is provided in each of the bathrooms.

Garage parking is available to guests if they would like to park inside, or you can park in the driveway or on the street. The garage is accessed through the alley.

This property is not pet-friendly and no exceptions will be made. Please make other arrangements for your furry friends. If you are caught in violation of this policy, a $250 charge will be applied.

This house is located in South Lubbock off of 105th Street and Quaker Avenue. The neighborhood is very nice and surrounded by many newer homes. This quiet neighborhood is great for relaxing evenings and walks around the block. You'll enjoy the updated homes and surrounding shops and restaurants. Quick access to the South Loop and only a 10 minute drive to Texas Tech University.

A vehicle is recommended for stays in Lubbock due to the lack of public transportation. Uber and Lyft are great options though if needed during your stay.

Parking is available in the driveway in front of the garage at the rear of the house in the alley or you can park on the street in front of the house during your stay. There is plenty of parking for between 1 and 4 vehicles.
