Room was clean, had an amazing great view and full of amenities from the dish soap, laundry detergent sheets to kitchen utensils, you couldn’t ask for more!

We had a great stay. Great location! The only thing is that the condo sleeps 8 but you only get 4 passes to the water park so the other 4 guests have to pay daily to get in which can become quite expensive on top of your stay.

Our first trip to IRB and we enjoyed our stay! Short walk to the beach, kids loved the water park, lots of great restaurants nearby!

Great Vacation

We had a wonderful stay, there was so much to do. My kids enjoyed access to the waterpark and the walk to the beach quick and easy. We would stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious and comfortable unit! Check-in was easy and efficient. The views from the balcony are amazing—both day and night. The location is perfect in Indian Rocks Beach, within walking distance to great restaurants and the beach. The only suggestion we have is to add a few towel hooks in the bathrooms. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect family getaway!!

We loved our stay here!! Our family of 6 was very comfortable and we had an amazing time at this beautiful beach location. We had everything we needed for a day at the beach which was a very short walk away.

Good location, clean condo that smelled like it had just been renovated. Condo needed more towels since it accommodates 10 people. Water pressure was not good at all. Recommend black out curtains for the bedrooms especially the back room.

Glad you enjoyed the stay! There should have been 10 full set of towels out, as that is how many the unit sleeps. We do not leave extras beyond that. We will give the owner your feedback in regards to the curtains. Take care!

Great location!

Property was lovely with views of the ocean and the intercoastal. Close walking distance to many restaurants and a gorgeous beach. The pool next door was fantastic fun even for adults.

Great Property

Extremely well appointed and clean property. One of the best short term rentals we've stayed in, completely recommend. Great location for all ages with onsite waterpark and across the street from the beach.

Lovely stay!

We were very impressed with the decor and convenience of this condo. Everything you might need was in there and more! The water park was clean and convenient- and part of the stay so definitely worth it!

Great spot

Our family took a quick trip to Florida. It was too cold to use the water park but good location, nice views. Place was nice, clean, and near the ocean and lots of restaurants.

Everything went as planned. Communication was accurate. The place was excellent and accurate in the photos. The weather wasn’t our friend. There are good local places to eat, ice cream and a CVS to get the essentials all within walking distance. Same with the beach. Bus system is very easy to use with the app to get around town as well as plenty of urbers. Water pressure wasn’t the greatest if I’m being picky. I would definitely go back to this location. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

A trip away from the tundra!

We stayed here and loved everything about this place. Location was perfect, waterpark was awesome! The condo was exactly what we needed. Loved having two bedrooms and two bathrooms for our family of 5 and the balcony was perfect!! We will definitely be back!!
