As one of the few places to stay on historic Third Street in downtown McMinnville, it offers a truly unique location. The Douglas in owned and run in partnership by the Elmers and the Moens, who have been dear friends since the late 1990's. Back in 2012, the couples decided that they wanted to take on a fun project, and thus the Douglas on Third came about. Meeting new people, introducing them to the town and community they love, and simply being hospitable is something they are all passionate about.
