Very Nice

This house is one of the nicest we have ever stayed at. It was very clean and provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It also had 2 bikes to ride if you wanted. It would have accommodated our whole family of 8 nicely had we all been there. Nice outdoor area. There is shopping and eating establishments within walking distance. The town of Fruita seemed to go quiet about 9pm which was fine with us. We enjoyed the local items left for us to try, crackers, apple butter, and potato chips. If you want more shopping or entertainment, then Grand Junction is just a 10 minute drive. We really enjoyed our time in Fruita, CO at this house. We will be back again.

Great location and clean

Great location! Quick walk to town for food and OTE bike shop. The house was very clean. Would definitely return.

Excellent Stay

The place is very roomy and comfortable! Very clean!!! Soft comfy towels. Everything we needed was there! Very quiet area! Our dogs slept longer in the morning than they do at home which was a plus!!! A great welcome with candy and dog treats! We will definitely think of staying again when we visit our son’s family in Fruita.

Great place with a great location

The perfect stay for our group of 7. House was large enough to not feel like we were on top of each other with 3 bedrooms and a pull out sofa it was very comfortable. Parking was a breeze with the 2 car garage. Amazingly convenient with downtown only a few blocks away. Grocery store was close as was access to the highway, gas stations, and Starbucks. The entire family had a very relaxing, enjoyable stay. We hope to be back next year to do it again.

Great home, great location.

Great home with an amazing location. Great stay for our 7. Plenty of room. Close to everything Fruita has to offer. Amazingly pet friendly as well. Owner was quick to respond to a minor issue with the homes watering system. Looking forward to next year same time for another great week.

Super comfortable accommodation with excellent guest communications. Quiet neighborhood within walking distance of downtown. We where in Fruita to ride so having a garage to pull vehicles and bikes was nice to have. Nice outdoor patios and porch to get outside. Overall excellent choice.

Cozy, Clean, Close to Downtown Fruita!

Loved the garage for all our bikes, gear, paddle boards, and duckies. washer and dryer were very noisy. dishwasher soap dispenser did not always work on the first try. parking was tricky, too. vans were parked out front of the house. we had a large van and trailer and they just fit out back on the driveway. Very clean and comfortable home. Thank you for a great stay!

Fruita quick mtb weekend

Easy check in, comfortable beds, great AC, nice garage space for parking and bike storage/maintenance. 3ish block walk to downtown for restaurants and OTE shop. Would come back again

Excellent property and location

This is a beautiful little house within walking distance of downtown Fruita. When I asked if the property had a crockpot, the owner brought over her own for me to use. If you are visiting the Grand Junction area, stay in Fruita... everything is close by!

Charming

Appreciated having AC, the quiet neighborhood and convenience to the local area. The fun farmers market was right around the corner in walking distance at Reed Park. The Dinosaur Journey was perfect for the kids. Driving to Grand Junction was close to enjoy the Two Rivers Winery and Chateau. If ever in the area again this would be our choice for another comfortable, clean enjoyable stay! Michelle was great to work with and quick to reply with all our inquiries. Love that Fruita was proud to be a biking and dinosaur community. An awesome place to regroup, refresh and rest half way through our road trip 2021 through Utah, Colorado, New Mexico and Arizona! Thank you!

Awesome property

The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware. Lots of games and easy ride to downtown restaurants, shops and grocery store. This home was exactly what we were looking for our family visit!
