We loved everything about Mimi‘s place! It was the perfect size for our family of four which includes two teenage boys. The bedrooms were a great size and the open living/dining space downstairs was well stocked and spacious. We loved being directly across the street from the beach access. This area was so quiet and relaxing but we were a quick 10 min drive to restaurants and shopping. We even took a quick day trips to Panama City Beach, Cape San Blas, and Apalachicola to explore the areas. We would definitely come here again!

Great stay! Mimi’s Place was the perfect pet friendly stay with beautiful views of the beach. It was very clean and welcoming. Felt like home. The unblocked views could be seen from the bottom floor and 2nd floor. Beach access was literally right across the street and within walking distance to several restaurants. Would definitely book this stay again.

Lovely condo with beach view

Sadly construction has begun on the beach side of 98, but there is still a lovely view for now.

Peaceful Stay

We enjoyed our trip. It was a quiet area, an easy trip to the beach, and the home was nice. The home had nice touches that most places don't think about such as night lights, coasters, and even hangers. The beds were comfortable, the place was clean, and was located centrally between Port St. Joe and Mexico Beach. We'll be back.

Amazing

Everything was amazing!! The views are spectacular, the house was breathtaking, the beds were comfy, the house had everything needed, it was a perfect trip!! We loved watching the sun go down at night from the deck. We will definitely be back next year or maybe again this year!

Perfect Get Away

This is my 2nd time renting this property. It is just perfect. House stocked with everything you can imagine. House is super clean, great location/view and pet friendly.

So convenient to everything we wanted to do. Great view of water right in front. Parked at the back door. This place has all the luxuries of home. Very clean. Hope to be back soon.

Great place! Our dogs truly enjoyed the stay, and I appreciated the hose out front to rinse off before we came in. I've seen plenty of listings fudge the size of their beds, but these truly were king beds. Everything functioned well. The indoor stairs are a bit steep, so it can be more slippery for our furry family, so I'd recommend trimming their paw fur before going. It was a beautiful, open view and we LOVED our time on the balcony for bird watching. Easy access to the beach right across the road. The beach was wonderful and calm, and downtown is always a delight. Everything isn't overwhelmed with the tourist-y stuff like in Panama City which is a big part of why I recommend this town to my friends. I will say that this property is managed by a rental company, not a main host. So you will have to sign extra forms with them, additional fees for extra pets, if you need maintenance you have a call line, etc. I don't usually prefer renting from a company and didn't' realize until after booking, but they did right by us and were very polite.

Ringing in the New Year in Port St Joe

We LOVED this property!!! Super comfortable, well appointed kitchen, with all the little things thoughtfully provided that one could or may need during their stay. We explored during the day, enjoyed local restaurants and sunset dog friendly beach walks right across the street. Stayed in at night and cooked fresh seafood dinners. The outdoor space was perfect! Being January, weather was a bit unpredictable, we sat out even when it rained. New Years Eve was wonderful with local fireworks and neighbors gathering to watch. We met some new friends that we will continue to keep in touch and plan future visits with. We thought we would have an outdoor BBQ grill, but no- and grill was listed in amenities. We enjoyed this condo very much and would book back again for sure. For check in, being a holiday weekend, we were still able to call and speak with the property management from Pristine and get an earlier check in. We were very appreciative of them being available to answer our call.

Pristine properties was great to work with and communicate with through VRBO. This place was convenient to get to a beach path and anywhere we needed to drive. Great location. Pet friendly however I didn’t see any pet hair from previous guests. We rented the beach wagon and it was worth it and made our trips to the beach so easy. Loved the covered porch and sliding door access.

Absolutely PERFECT

I cant say enough about how wonderful this property is. This owner should teach other renters how to do it right! Everything was so clean, fresh and every amenity you could wish for in a house is there. The fenced in yard was perfect for the dogs. The path to the beach is right across the street and the views of the water and sunsets are clear from the patio and upper deck.

Excellent quiet vacation home

We loved the house, location and that we could take our dogs along . The kitchen was well equipped. with anything we may need. Nice location with gulf view and easy beach access across the street from home. We couldn’t have been happier!

Lovely condo just steps from the beach

My closest friend of mine and our older pups went to the beach to relax and catch up and this was the perfect place to do that. We brought in all our food and drinks and never left the condo except to go to the beach, it was exactly what we needed! Can’t wait to come back!

Very clean and great location

The property had been completely updated and was very well done. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. The beach is directly across the street and full view as no obstruction’s. Fenced in area on front of the townhouse was great for a dog. Will definitely stay here again
