Jose was very responsive to any questions we had and made sure everything was perfect for us. The location can't be beat. Walk out the door to beautiful pool and beach. He had beach chairs, coolers and an umbrella. Will definitely come back again

Great location, amazing views

We really enjoyed our stay. It’s a great location with amazing views. Quick and easy access to pool and beach. Easy to travel from property to other locations like restaurants and points of interest.

The perfect spot If you’re planning on spending more time outside than indoors

The apartment was very nice, LOVED the view from the balcony, the locals were also incredibly friendly and welcoming. The best parts were arguably the convenience of reaching the pool and beach in seconds, as well as all the delicious food spots being only steps away. I am already planning on coming back here soon!

Great Apartment on the Beach

Our host was great and accommodating. Nice little one bedroom on the beach, right in the mix of everything in the tourist area. There's a small washer and dryer in the unit, and there's some beach accessories, which came in handy. We were happy with our stay.

60th Birthday Celebration

Beautiful location, beautiful people, beautiful food… San Juan owes us nothing. Easy access to everything and plenty of options. Grocery store within walking distance.

The apartment was dirty, not maintained, not well equipped for 5 people. Sofa was old and dirty. Beds were awful. Big gap between the picture and the reality. Never again with Vrbo and with this apartment, don’t go.

Location can't be beat as everything you need is around you. The condo is in need of renovations in which the picture doesn't really reflect that. But we was there just to sleep so it worked well for us. Owner was available for questions and we were happy with all the beach gear we were able to use

Great location & view

Great location and view, not the cleanest place and wasn’t as nice as the pictures but did the trick. Like how they had a washer and dryer, beach chairs and equipment and aloe. Host responded quickly and was extremely accommodating, letting us check out 2.5 hours later since our flight wasn’t until 4pm.

Jose’ lists the property accurately. Building is older but it is clean and well supported by staff, pool and beach were most excellent. Great trip will be back

Great location

The condo is perfectly located in the heart of Isla Verde, with a side balcony offering a beautiful ocean view. The bed is comfortable, and there are two sofa beds that worked great for the kids. The air conditioning kept the space cool, and the large pool was a great bonus. The condo also comes with a cooler, beach chairs, and a designated parking spot. Jose provided his direct number and was quick to respond every time I had a question. Highly recommend!”

Amazing Romantic Getaway

This property was perfect for a romantic getaway. It's located steps from the beach, water sports, restaurants, and a casino. The property was clean with several beverages in the fridge for guest consumption. Cold a/c, rain shower head, balcony, and more.

Not handicap accessible

We enjoyed neighborhood ,pool at property and beach was great, property was older but reasonably clean, pull out couch was horrible. We had our parents with us mom needs wheelchair accessible due to knee surgery we confirmed and reconfirmed with property owner that this property would accommodate a wheelchair and it didn’t, our mother ended up hobbling inside property and had difficulty using bathroom as it was too small for handicap access

Ideal beachfront location.

A lovely one bedroom apartment, very clean with a very nice updated bathroom. Fully equipped including beach chairs, cooler etc. strongly recommend.

The complex was old and in need of some work. There was only one key fob so if my spouse went to the gym I could no leave because I had no way of getting thru gates

Just came back back from a 3 day stay at coral beach apt 1409 overlooking isla verde beach the view was awesome and the apt even more. This apt is fully equipped with every thing you can imagine from sheets,,towels, pans you name it they had it.Apt was spotless we are so happy to have experienced this.Any one looking to stay in isla vede you wont .reget this condiminium. Also Mr betances has excellent customer service .Highly recommed . Yous truly MR AND MRS HAROLD GONZALEZ NOV19- NOV22

A place we would come back to!

Beautiful views, perfect location to the beach, clean pool, grocery stores and a variety of restaurant choices near by. Nice, spacious rooms. Liked having the walk-in closet to put our suitcases. Appreciated that a cooler was supplied. This condo seemed well built where we didn't hear much noise from other tenants, or planes flying over. The people we did run into in the condo were very friendly. Jose was quick to respond when ever we had questions. We rented a car 2 days going to El Yunque Rainforest one day, and driving to La Cueva Del Indio and Crashboat Beach another. And we took an uber to Old San Juan. The rest of our days were spent enjoying Isla Verde beach. Already planning our next visit to Puerto Rico!

Excellent condo with access to Isla Verde Beach

We stayed at Jose's condo for a week and were very pleased with everything. The condo has gorgeous beach views from the main bedroom and balcony. It was clean and well stocked with towels, beach towels, fresh linens, beach chairs, and a cooler. The complex has a large pool that our kids loved. There is also a small playground for the kids, and a basketball court. The beautiful beach is literally steps away from the condo, and you are within blocks of dozens of restaurants. We cannot recommend this condo enough....Jose was an excellent host!

GREAT BEACH - PERFECT LOCATION!!

Condo was exactly as pictured. Very clean, plenty of linens, beach accessories and great views. If you are a beach person, this is the place for you. Grocery shopping and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Located next to El San Juan and the Intercontinental Hotels, sharing the same beach. PR eats sold on the beach as well as outside restaurants. Old San Juan is a short cab drive away. If you are a fisherman, there are plenty of Charters out there, some will pick up and drop off at the Condo. This was my husband's first visit to PR and he would return in a heartbeat. Jose, the owner, was very accessible and responded to emails almost immediately. LOVED, LOVED, LOVED OUR VACATION!! If we return to the same area, we will be back at this Condo!
