"Gardner" is a 2 bedroom, 2nd floor oceanfront condo perfect for a family of 6. The street-side bedroom features two Twin beds and the primary bedroom is oceanfront with a Queen bed. The living area (with a Full sleeper sofa) faces the ocean with great views of the Atlantic.

Ocean Dunes is an ideal year-round vacation spot for families! Located at the southern end of Pleasure Island, in Kure Beach next to Historic Fort Fisher, Ocean Dunes occupies one mile of beachfront with several private beach walkways. Included with your reservation is access to all the amenities Ocean Dunes offers, as well as the Recreation Center. Amenities include three outdoor pools, a children's playground, and cornhole. The Recreation Center has an indoor pool, whirlpool/spa, gym, saunas, and showers.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. Stay Requirements: Sunday to Sunday rental in Summer. Minimum two night stay other seasons.

Parking: TWO parking passes are included with reservation. No Electric Vehicles, bicycles, or golf carts with lithium ion or lithium ion type batteries can be parked or charged under the buildings or building structure.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed
Prohibited: Boat Trailers, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Pets, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Community Surveillance: The HOA has surveillance cameras around the complexes outdoor amenities including the pools for safety and security of the common spaces.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
