Great place with only a short bike ride to the beach. Enjoyed the deck in the morning. Clean and appreciated the little extras like towels and kitchen supplies.

Beautiful, comfortable villa

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Bit of a treck to cart rented beach equipment to beach for older couple, however, and unfortunately.

A great place to stay

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A great value for the money. We had a great week and the condo was so relaxing with a beautiful view. The condo was a 5 minute walk to the beach and just a short hop to any of the golf courses. I would definitely recommend staying here and will myself next trip to Charleston/Kiawah.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was in a great location. Quick bike ride over the bridge and you are at the beach. Kitchen is well stocked. Rooms were comfortable. My only suggestion would be that the condo needs a thorough cleaning. Floor is gritty from sand, patio doors need windex, and the furniture is musty smelling.Over all we enjoyed our stay.

The mattress needs replaced. Also the sheets were stained and did not fit well on the mattress. I know that this is a bit critical but I am sure you want to know how to make the stay a more pleasant one.

We are always happy to address any issues or concerns as they are reported to our team. In regards to the mattress, I do not see that this is an issue reported be other renters throughout this long as busy season. For this reason, we can only narrow it down to personal preference. Amazing & Safe Pandemic Getaway

Minutes from beach on foot or by bicycle and steps away from Sanctuary Hotel. Akers Ellis was so responsive to all her needs and questions. I highly recommend this unit to rent through Akers Ellis.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the location, but was disappointed with the condition of the property. The sheets on one of the twin beds had a large stain on it. Several light bulbs were out throughout the unit and there are spots on the wall that have been patched, but not painted. The deck was covered in webs and had clusters of spider sacs on the railings.

Perfect for our last minute trip!

We booked the property just over a week before the trip. Everything was smooth for checking in and out. Due to the pandemic, we cooked most of our meals at the property. Unlike other properties we considered, this one had everything we needed in the kitchen and made for a very easy and safe trip.

Beautiful Place to Vacation!

This was our first experience with Kiawah Island. The condo was precisely as listed with beautiful views of the pond out your back door, tastefully and warmly decorated, easy access to bike trails and beach! Loved our stay!!

Loved it.

Kiawah is such a fabulous place to visit! Miles of bike trails and lovely flat beaches. The unit was great. Cute decorations, pretty view of the lagoon, well-stocked kitchen. This was the perfect space for our trip. The walk to the beach is about 8-10 minutes, but it’s a pretty and easy walk. If you have a lot of beach gear, renting a cart is probably a good idea. At low tide the beach is expansive, and there’s plenty of room to spread out. At high tide, the closet beach access might be a little crowded for Covid-19 days, but there are lots of places on the beach that are less populated than boardwalk 22 (the closest one to the unit). Also the rental agency was fantastic. We loved our time here and would happily come again!

The Perfect Stay

In town for the Marathon. Great location in terms of being close to the town market and race start/finish. Property manager very response to questions and requests. I would seek this location for my return trips to Kiawah.
