Florida's Best-Kept Secret - Navarre Beach is like 'Heaven on Earth'. Enjoy the beautiful 'Crystal Blue Waters' and 'White as Sugar' sand beach similar to Destin and Pensacola Beach along Santa Rosa Island and adjoins the Gulf Islands National Seashore (miles of unspoiled uninhabited beaches in the Gulf Islands National Park). Fish from the longest pier in the Gulf of Mexico.

Our first floor vacation rental condo is conveniently located on the first floor and has a king-size bed with Sealy Posterpedic mattress in the master bedroom and regular twin-size bunk beds in the hallway. The condo has a large kitchen with ceramic tile, two full baths, a queen size sleeper, a dishwasher, and a washer and dryer. It also has a private outside balcony.

This is the perfect vacation location for relaxation and action and is situation next to miles of gorgeous uninhabited beaches and emerald waters and within 30 minutes of Destin and Pensacola Beach.

Perfect location

Location was perfect close to the beach! It felt like home. I was happy that we literally had all the essentials. Bed was comfortable, and the owner responded so quickly! I didn’t ask her for the pool code, so if you go you will need that if you desire to swim.

Great condo for a couple or small group.

This condo was great & as described in the listing. We enjoy having two baths & a washer & dryer onsite. This is a perfect place for a couple or small group to stay comfortably.

Great Location!

For the price, I loved this place. The king bed was super comfy, and the host was very helpful with ideas for restaurants. It is a small place, but this did not bother me because we spent most of our time at the beach. boebobecause

Beautiful beach

We had a wonderful week at Navarre. The white sand and waves were lovely, and the condo was well equipped...we had everything we needed.

Winter get away...

Very easy access to the beach. It is best to rinse the sand off at the pool shower before go into condo.

Great Adventure Base

This Condo on Navarre Beach is a great base for Northern Florida adventures. The appliances worked well and sleeping arrangements were very fine. We explored Santa Rosa Island from the Naval Live Oaks Preserve to Destin. The Fishing Pier gave one of us a great opportunity to fish, and free parking at the pier was a plus for transporting gear. Restaurants in the area were within easy reach and served great seafood.

Beach Time

The unit was clean. It has some signs of wear and tear but it’s a rental and I would stay there again. Host was very pleasant. Unit has beach chairs and umbrella.

Beach fix

The condo is small but big enough for a couple. Needs some updated furniture and appliances and a deep cleaning. But the location was close enough to the beach. Price was a plus.

Another fantastic experience!

Vicki's place did not disappoint once again! This was our second stay at her condo and we have already booked the third. She is a wonderful owner to work with and her condo is perfect for us. Comfortably sleeps six, all amenities included, and is directly across the street from the beach. We love coming here and enjoy our time when we do.

Great for the price & found the beach chairs on check-out day

We stayed October 23-26, 2024. The location is easy access to the beach and fairly close to all of the “activities” in Navarre Beach. There were a few minor maintenance issues with the property but nothing that interrupted our stay. In fact, they are items I could fix and considered asking the owner for staying privileges if I did a little work. Lol. The one thing we wish we would have known was there were some beach chairs under the bunk beds. We found those as we were checking out. Additionally, I didn’t find any beach towels, so you may consider bring your own. We would stay again!

Amazing!

Condo was clean, and beds were all very comfortable! Pictures don’t do it justice. The Complex is nice, and the condo is great! Would highly recommend and definitely would stay here again!! Only complaint is being on the first floor… you hear EVERYTHING above you. But, it’s nice not having to haul all of our food and luggage up hundreds of steps!

Beach vacation

This unit is very nice , Vicky was wonderful to work with she is very nice and seem to care about making it a good vacation..... I would love to stay again hopefully every year ... The only thing I would advise if you plan to stay there is make sure to take toilet paper, trash bags, dish washing soap and laundry soap because the unit did not have any of these items , but as nice as this condo is I did not mind going and buying these items and I even left it for the next person who stayed

Great Place to Stay

Cons: The condo is small, but doable. The living room furniture isn't very comfortable and the king bed mattress has little support. Pros: Host's communication was good. We loved the location of the condo. The bottom floor and across the street from a beach access. The size of the small kitchen was good! We had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time on the two porch chairs. Also this is fairly affordable property. We really enjoyed our time here. Overall we really liked this condo.

Economically friendly

We took a girls trip. There was plenty of space for us, It is a little outdated. Could use different furniture since there is only really space for 3 people to sit. The refrigerator needs to be fixed. The holders on the door are held together by tape. It has wifi but it doesn’t work in the bedroom. Close to the beach and walkable to the local bar/restaurant.

Home away from home

Vickie is a wonderful owner and was extremely responsive during the process. The property is exactly as described and did not disappoint at all. One block walk to the beautiful beaches of Navarre and a community swim pool. The Condo suited our needs quite well with a full service kitchen, two full bathrooms, and adequate sleeping arrangements for my wife and I, and three teenage girls. No complaints here and we will definitely be booking with Vickie in the future. Thank you very much for a home away from home!

Last minute stay

We usually book about 6 months in advance. This trip was a decision made a few months ago. We usually stay on the beach, but weren't willing to pay the last minute prices to stay on the beach. Vickie was very responsive and polite. The condo was a perfect size for the two of us, and was in a nice location. It was a quiet area. The condo could use a deep cleaning, paint and an update. Vickie mentioned to me that they would be doing that soon. The bed was very comfortable, the AC worked great,

Family Stay

Upon arriving the condo was dirty and there were hairs on all of the sheets/pillowcases. Kitchen needs a major deep clean. Decor and furnishings were nice and the complex very close to the beach and pool. They did have some beach supplies if someone didn’t want to purchase them. Check in instructions were not sent until I asked for the pool code, I tried calling multiple times and it went straight to voicemail.

Very nice host

Vickie the host was very nice and answered texts/emails very quickly. The condo was clean but needed a deep clean and fresh coat of paint. The tub was rough looking. I showered in my flip flops. The living room area was not comfortable, it desperately needed a new couch. The walls were thin, but the noise wasn't too bad since schools haven't let out quite yet. The balcony was the biggest disappointment. It just faced the parking lot and if you sat out there all you heard were car doors slamming. Overall, I think it was ok. The king size bed was comfortable. For the price, I would say it was a pretty good value.

Cozy One Bedroom on First Floor, convenient to everything

Positives: Good Internet connection. Lock box code and extra key provided. Consistent hot water for showers. All appliances, TVs, light fixtures worked. Plenty of bed covers and linens. Nice, reclining chairs on the balcony. Futon bed laid down nicely for solid bed. Convenient walk across the street to the boardwalk that led to the beach. First floor unit saved a lot of steps. Plenty of parking in the lot. Negatives: AC locked lower limit at 70. Had to run all fans at night to keep cool. No access to lagoon area unless you trespass across property that has signs reading, "[Property]" Guests Only!". TV in bedroom was a tiny 19". Could hear the people upstairs walking around everywhere they went. No curtains on the windows meant that the landing light shined through all night long.

Good...but noisy

When we arrived, everything was very clean and we had everything we needed. No complaints there. We were disappointed that we had no actual bay access from the unit (that we could find) as the buildings behind that are bay front are private property and fenced off, as well as gated. Our only complaint on the property, which is unfortunately out of anyone’s control, is that when people moved in upstairs it was just downright annoying. We arrived on Saturday and had a great few days. On Wednesday people moved in upstairs and you can hear EVERYTHING. These folks were extremely early risers, and not quiet. It did not make for a fun time. In the end, I’d say vacation ruined by lack of soundproofing. Grouchy kids who couldn’t sleep made for grouchy parents and it just was not a fun time. All in all, it’s great, located right across the street from the beach. Extremely clean and well kept, all your kitchen needs are provided. Just that lack of soundproofing between floors is not a good deal, especially when you’re the one on the bottom floor.

Small but efficient

Let me start by saying that this is a small condo. If you don’t plan on spending much time there, this will work. It had everything we needed for our week stay. The bed was super comfortable for the main bedroom but unfortunately we had three different groups stay above us in 7 days and were all very loud. If you sleep deep, you may be good. There wasn’t much of a porch/balcony and what was there overlooked the parking lot. It was a shame as my husband and I often enjoy escaping our kids on our trips with a glass of wine and enjoying the ocean breeze on a balcony. It was a very cramped place to stay for us and our three boys but it worked. We learned check in and out on saturdays is terrible when it comes to travel in July. We have always rented condos where we arrived on weekdays. The Saturday through Saturday made travel a nightmare. The owner was super responsive to every question and need. The internet and tv options in the condo were limitless which helped entertain my the boys before and after the beach. Beach access on both sides of the island were a short walk and the pool was clean. No beach towels were so make sure you bring your own. The kids enjoyed the toys and we enjoyed the chairs.
