We're glad check-in was easy, you enjoyed the welcome basket, and that the island's festive atmosphere and beautiful terrace views helped make for a memorable stay. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the hot water issue and temperature concerns. While we can't predict when equipment will fail, we're proud that the water heater was diagnosed and replaced the very same day we were notified, which is quite an accomplishment in a large island condo building. We also appreciate the feedback regarding the condo's condition and your suggestion for additional window treatments in the common areas. We'll be sure to share both with the condo owner for consideration. Most guests enjoy the expansive ocean and ship channel views and natural light, but we understand preferences vary. Hi Betty, this condo unit and building are very nice, thank you for noting. We're sorry to see your 3-star however. Respectfully, and as you said, we had our carpet cleaners over the very next day, talk about quick action. And also per your prior communication, it was discovered that bleach had caused the "stains" rather than dirt. Sounds like someone accidentally spilled some bleach or bleach product, unfortunately, for the sake of this condo and its owner. We haven't had anyone mention a bed size mismatch previously and are fairly certain it is a queen, but we will confirm. Lastly, we are not sure what kind of extra blankets you are looking for, but if there aren't any throw blankets will pass that feedback along to the owner. Thanks again for staying with us.
