This house is in the perfect spot if you love staying on beach, the downtown restaurants and all the shopping. It was clean and a great size for our little family of three. The sunrooms are nice and bring in so much light. I wish the out door area behind the house had been cleaner so we could have enjoyed it.

The interior of this property is very charming and the proximity to the beach is great. However the parking space is very limited and difficult to maneuver on the very narrow street. Since we only stayed 5 nights, we didn’t bring a lot of things with us so I was surprised to see some things not in the house like tissues, foil or plastic wrap and laundry detergent. Small travel sizes of these items would have been sufficient. But the home was clean and the location very nice.

My family and I loved this vacation rental! It was exactly what we wanted for our stay in Tybee Island. We thought the place was very cozy and loved that it was so close to the beach and pool. We will definitely be back!!

The three of us, myself, wife and seventeen year old son stayed for this past week of July 2026. We enjoyed our stay very much. The property is beautiful, and extremely close to the beach. As a matter of fact the beach is only steps away. The property was well maintained and very clean. We loved how Southern Belle, the rental company, kept constant communications from start to finish with our vacation, and when we needed an air-vent to be fixed, it was taken care of immediately. I would love to stay at this property again, and definitely recommend this property to others.

The house is beautiful and perfect for two couples. It is also only a short walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The location is also great for morning and evening walks along the southern coastal areas and through the beautiful neighborhoods.

We had a fantastic stay at this beach rental, especially thanks to the beautiful four-season room that made it easy to relax and enjoy the space no matter the weather. The beach access was incredibly quick and convenient, which made our days feel effortless, and being able to walk to nearby restaurants was a huge bonus that added to the overall ease of the trip. The combination of comfort, location, and thoughtful features made this a standout place to stay, and we would happily return.

Tybee Island LOVE

Wonderful location, walked to beach and shopping and restaurants. Easy drive into Savannah. Incredible property management, very responsive! Great stay, already planning our return trip.

Perfect cozy beach getaway

This property was fantastic, clean and conveniently located. Very close to the beach and the pool offered by the rental company. It was also a pretty easy walk to the boardwalk area that contained shopping and restaurants. We loved the decorating inside of the property and it was very easy to relax. We would definitely stay here again.

Best Beach Trip Ever!!

This place was AMAZING! Very close to the beach. Within walking distance of restaurants and shops and the beach. Very costal and beautiful decor. Extremely well kept and clean.

Great Short Vacation

We stayed here with our son, who graduates high school this year. It was senior weekend at the beach. Everything was great. It was very clean, comfortable and close to the beach. We will stay here again.

Clean!

This property was probably the cleanest we have ever stayed at in the 6-7 years we have been using rental properties. Comfortable beds and nicely equipped for our stay.
