Easy, Clean, Convenient

My family of three stayed here two nights. The communication from the hosts was helpful and check in/out was easy. The unit was comfortable and we were glad to have a kitchenette.

Simple 1 bedroom efficiency apartment for quick stays. Very easy check in/out. Superb on communication.

They should inform you earlier about the check-in. It creates some nerve wrecking if you stand in front of a locked door because you didn’t get the code for the automated key supply from a small safe. But at least you can really reach them by phone. That helps! But it’s an avoidable tense spot!

Easy stay & location

Access to eateries is within walking distance. Not much noise during stay and roomy enough for 2. Must contact through texts not respond through emails. The response/communication wasn’t clear or prompt. Once I contacted the “emergency “ number they responded right away. Our issue was that housekeeping didn’t clean room prior to our stay. Otherwise all was as advertised.

Mother/son road trip

My 16-year-old son and I traveled to South Dakota for adventure and outdoor recreation. We chose Rapid City because it is centrally located to all of the things we wanted to see and experience. The room served its purpose, and the location was great. Communication with the owner was efficient, and the response time was quick. We asked the owner prior to arrival for bedding for the pullout sofa bed, and it was there when we checked in. The only two things I would suggest are new sponges for cleaning dishes, and the mattress on the sofa bed could be updated. We didn't spend much time in the room, and as I mentioned before, it was a great location that met our needs. We really loved South Dakota!
