Welcome to your new getaway! This Newly constructed 3 Bedroom / 3.5 Bath is the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Located just a short walk from the Gulch and a quick UBER/LYFT/Taxi ride to the Music City Center, Belmont and Vanderbilt Universities, the 12 S. district, and Downtown. The Home-

Our home features 3 levels of living, a 2 car garage and an amazing rooftop deck with breathtaking Panoramic views of the Nashville Skyline. The rooftop will quickly become a preferred choice to sit around with family and friends as you share stories on any of the comfortable outdoor sofas and chairs while sitting around the firepit.

On the first level on the right is the first Bedroom with hardwood floors with a full bath. The bathroom boasts tile floors and shower/tub combo. We offer high quality King mattresses and 40" wall mounted TV to make your time extra relaxing.

Straight ahead on the first level will lead you to the 2 car garage.

On the next level you will find our open concept living area featuring a dining area, kitchen and living room. Hang out around the kitchen island, or relax on our comfortable Sofa and Chairs watching the 65" Wall Mounted TV or sing along to your favorite tunes with our Bose Bluetooth Speaker. Grab one of the 4 guitars in the room and serenade your friends and family. A karaoke machine is by the TV for those who wish to imitate your favorite star.

Just up from the living room you will find another guest bedroom equipped with a king bed, comfortable mattress a 55" Wall Mounted TV and a full bath.

We offer a full size washer and dryer for your convenience equipped with detergent and softener for your convenience.

At the end of the hall you will find the Master Suite with a King Size Bed, 55" Wall Mounted TV, Private Balcony, Full Bath with Separate Shower and Tub as well as His/Her sinks.

In addition, there is a sofa bed featuring a Tempurpedic Mattress.

Just up from the Master Suite is the Rooftop Deck. Watch the sunset, Take in some sun, or just relax in the many outdoor sofas and chairs. The Rooftop has a refrigerator, a sink as well as a Gas Fire pit. Watch the skyline light up as the sun sets or just enjoy one of the best views in Nashville.

A fantastic place

If you’re coming to Nashville with a group or with a large family, do yourself a favor and stay here. The condo is fantastic. Big. Clean. Exactly as advertised. The weather cooperated and warmed up into the 50s, so we took full advantage of the rooftop deck, which is beautiful. Check in and out was easy, and Kevin was great. Can’t recommend this place strongly enough.

Kevin was amazing and so helpful. He immediately responded with any questions we had. The house was everything you could want and more. Absolutely beautiful. Would love to go back when it’s warmer and use the rooftop area.

Hope to return to this property!

We had a wonderful few nights stay between Christmas and New Year's with our adult sons and their girlfriends! The property was very clean, well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed times of cooking in and playing games and also easily Uber'd to Broadway and nearby attractions. Communication with Kevin was prompt and helpful. We hope to return!

The property is amazing. So beautiful and spacious. It had all of the amenities and was in walking distance to most activities. I would suggest this property to everyone.

Nice getaway

Stayed for a girls trip. We loved the property. We were all impressed with the layout, cleanliness, and amenities. It was very cold so we didnt get a chance to use the roof top much. It would not be good for anyone with mobility issues. The kitchen and living are on the second floor and master on the third. No problem for us. Not the cheapest VRBO by far but I can say there was not a single thing that was not on point. Worth it if you want immaculate, uptodate and worry free. Will definitely return.

Fantastic place to stay and relax.

Everything from check in to check out was great. The place was clean and so nice for all 3 couples to have their own king beds and bathrooms. Roof top area is great to sit whenever and see the city. Would stay again hand down.

We all enjoyed Archer Street

The property is great - everything was as expected and we had no need to contact Kevin. The only ‘issue which may arise is late night music from adjacent properties to this property. It did not affect us but it is worth knowing.

Great House - Would Highly Recommend

Everything was as advertised. The house was in great condition and had everything you needed. Not quite walkable to Broadway, but the location is right next to the Gulch and the views at night were unbeatable. Would absolutely stay here again!

Baseball tournament Weekend

Enjoyed the 4th of July in Nashville with my son playing in a baseball tournament. This house was a great spot to cook meals, cool off after hot games and unwind on the rooftop at the end of the day. The fireworks were beautiful and house was extremely comfortable. Owners were very responsive and easy to work with. The house is a short walk to the Gulch as well as many other neighborhoods. Would definitely stay again.

CMA Fest with Friends and Family

First time visitors for CMA Fest and the accommodations were wonderful. The rooftop deck on mild evenings provided much enjoyment. We will definitely come back! Rooms are very spacious and beds comfortable, even the pull out and Murphy bed! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

A Beautiful Home

There were 5 of us and we loved our stay. We celebrated my birthday and had the best time at this beautifully appointed home. We each had our own bed, bathrooms and everyone was very comfortable. The home was very clean and we attempted to leave it clean when we departed. We especially enjoyed the roof top deck. One night we stayed up till 2:30am quietly talking in our pj’s, no jackets needed, perfect temperature enjoying the spectacular skyline. We would definitely stay again with a group. Our legs are in shape with all the stairs. Thank you for sharing your home with us it was GREAT! One suggestion is to replace the large frying pan. We had sprayed nonstick, but the eggs stuck and requiring for 2 days. LOL!

Runventure Girls Getaway

A group of women running the Rock n Roll Nashville 5K, Half and Full Marathons. Quick weekend. Perfect location to walk to packet pick up and the start line. Very inexpensive Uber ride to Broadway. Loved having 3 full bathrooms and enough beds for everyone. The rooftop 360 view was amazing! Our only regret was not staying one extra day to enjoy the town and the rooftop!

We love this property! The view is amazing, it's fun to watch the sun go down and the lights come up. As private owners we can give our renters flexible when we can. Which means an early check in or leaving bags in the garage. It's a convenient location to everything and walkable to food and shops. We hope you enjoy this property as much as we do!
