Check in was seamless, we received a code for the door prior to our arrival. The location of the property was perfect, very close to downtown Nashville and we were easily able to get ride shares from the house. We were slightly disappointed that the dishwasher was broken during our stay and we had to hand wash all of our dishes. We also had an issue where the air conditioning went out during our stay. We were grateful to get quick responses from the management company when we reported these problems.

Large and clean 4 story townhouse was perfect for our crew. Just outside of the loop near the gulch. Great quiet neighborhood with lots of parking. Large living room/kitchen level for eating and a fantastic rooftop deck that looks over the city. Keep in mind there are tons of other similar decks around you but they are far enough away not to bother you. Just a statement of fact, the stairs are steep and long. Keep this in mind for your guests. Will be back.

Great location and layout! Rooms were very spacious and each one had an attached bathroom, which was perfect!

Rooftop has a beautiful view. Garage has plenty of room for 2 vehicles. Clean and comfortable accommodations.

The location was great, the rooftop views were amazing, and the property management team was very helpful and always responded promptly. The bedding and towels were also clean and fresh, which we appreciated.The house itself is lovely and has a lot of potential, but several maintenance and cleanliness issues kept the stay from meeting our expectations. The home could use a deeper cleaning, including coffee spills on the walls along the stairs. The downstairs shower curtain liner was moldy, both upstairs showers drained very poorly, the dryer wasn’t working, and the freezer ice maker continuously overproduced ice, making the drawer difficult to close and causing ice to spill out each time we opened it. The rooftop BBQ was also not fully functioning.We also had a couple of safety concerns. One third-floor bed appeared to lack proper support and was falling through the frame toward the floor. The stove controls moved underneath the cooktop and spun completely around while we were trying to ignite the burners, which made us uncomfortable using it.We still enjoyed our stay, especially the location and rooftop, but with more attention to cleaning and maintenance, this could be a really great rental.

Overall a fantastic spot for a group visiting Nashville. Clean, roomy, comfy beds, bathrooms connected to every bedroom. Not very accessible for anyone who may struggle with stairs as this property is 3 stories and there are several sets of stairs you'll have to haul your luggage up. The bedroom with 4 queen beds has the smallest bathroom and NO outlets in the bedroom or bathroom. If getting dropped off at night, have your Uber go into the alleyway to find the property since the numbers on front are not easy to see and there are several stairs to enter the front door from the street
