We did not stay in this unit due to a water leak from the unit above. There was some confusion about what to do and in the end they ungraded us to a two bedroom unit which was quite nice.

Sleepless Nights

Overall the condo is cute and in a great location but I don’t think the management company is doing a great job of making a visitor's stay enjoyable. We arrived in the evening and found there was no bedding provided for the sofa bed just a bag with 1 pillow. The sofa bed didn't have a mattress it was more like a futon hard and uncomfortable. The bed in the bedroom was the most uncomfortable bed I have a slept on as it dipped in the middle and squeaked every time there was movement. The portable A/C went out on our 1st night. It took the mgmt company 2 days to provide linens and repair the A/C. We were so happy to be going home to our own beds.

Hi Corine. We enjoyed hosting you; however, we are sorry you encountered several issues. We appreciate your feedback, and have shared your comments with our local team as we are always striving to provide our guests with an excellent rental experience. We have issued a small refund back to your card for our delay in providing additional linens. We do value your booking, and hope we have the opportunity to host you again.
