Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy walk to the Lodge and amenities. Would prefer a king bed in Master, but otherwise the unit was perfect for a party of four.

Good location

This is a good place and gives access to the pool at the Sun Valley inn. Close to resort also. The bathrooms and kitchen are a little small but it worked out great.

Perfect Location

Right across from the Sun Valley Lodge it made for easy access to the lodge and village with a short walk. All amenities were provided as well.

Cottonwood 1422 Stay

Property was very clean and convenient to Sun Valley Lodge and the Village. Very adequate for our needs during this stay. I will add that the property is very small, and decor makes it very dark inside, but overall, we were satisfied.

Cozy and Greg location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was very cozy, twin beds are pretty small, all the spaces are very narrow and small, but I think it is an old building. It’s very confortable and cozy. Although fireplace wouldn’t turn on, even though the pilot light was on. We got a great price for a great place and had access to the sun valley lodge pool, which was great! 5 minute walk.

Frustrated that I missed out on the pool on Saturday and Sunday of my stay. Miscommunication on how to access the pool and how to obtain the pool passes. I checked in at 5:15pm Saturday and the office was closed after 5pm. The office was also closed on Sunday. I could not access the guest guide and the Sun Valley Rec center did not have a record of me qualifying for pool passes. The whole experience was disappointing as the dismissal by Alpine Rental agency of my repeated concerns.

Very nice Condo - Great location - Found it Quiet

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful Condo. We could it clean, well stocked. The beds were comfortable. Location was convenient with enough parking. Favorite feature: The gas fireplace (we were there in February). Easy access to S.V. Village. One caution. The bathroom setup - the room with the toilet and shower - is very small. We are tall and slim, and it is a narrow fit to get in, then close the door. If you are handicapped or large, it will not work for you. Sink is separated from toilet and shower. We were there to ski - and we could look at and see the sun in the mountains. Gorgeous!

needs an update

Pros: location and access to the tennis/pickleball courts,Olymipic pool, Sun Valley restaurants, bus service, Summer Symphony etc. Cons: furniture is so outdated its distracting! TV in living room is not useable due to connection error, and its also faced in such a way that only one person in the chair can watch it. Noise-lots of it from upstairs neighbors. No sound proofing. These condos are located in a great spot but they are really outdated. Could be so much nicer with just a bit of un updated.

Critters in the house!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Yikes!!! If you are not into sleeping with small critters (like mice) this might not be the best place for you. After the mouse incident.... Management wasn’t really concerned about my bad experience. They just kept telling me I should have called them so they could’ve set some traps. Haha. True story. I suggest if you rent this unit, keep the cheese away!!! Also. Sorry unit, very small and extremely outdated. I’d recommend you look elsewhere for your stay in Sun Valley.
