The Space:

Close to the beach, this cozy, dog-friendly studio has a fantastic ocean view and is a great option for a budget-friendly getaway to Lincoln City.



Head about two blocks away down to the sand and the gravel beds for beachcombing and kite flying, and if your stay falls between mid-October through Memorial Day, keep your eyes peeled for a number of handmade glass floats dropped on the beach as part of the Finders Keepers event. Lincoln City is also home to a number of antique shops, book shops, and terrific restaurants up and down the Oregon Coast Highway.



Relax in this intimate, hotel-style rental with side-by-side queen beds, two comfortable armchairs, and a warming gas fireplace. A sliding glass door leads out to the private balcony with a spectacular view of the ocean. With two beds and a full bathroom with shower tub, this rental is ideal for up to four guests along with the family dogs (with an additional nightly pet fee). And since this home is on the main floor and close to the parking lot, it is suitable for guests with limited mobility.



Fill up the mini-fridge with a few refreshing beverages, pop up some popcorn in the microwave oven, and start your mornings with fresh brewed coffee in the coffee maker. This rental also offers WiFi and features a flatscreen cable TV.



Just two-and-a-half miles north, check out the Devils Lake State Recreation Area for canoeing, fishing, and birdwatching. Shop at the many stores of the Tanger Outlet Center, just a mile-and-a-half away. And be sure to take a careful walk or quick drive over to Robert's Books with its impressive stock of over 150,000 volumes!

Stayed at this resort several times. Great stay. Floors need to be mopped. Other than that great property.

The studio was perfect for my husband, my toddler and me for a quick weekend getaway. We did notice the room stayed rather warm inside even with the heat completely off but it was a beautiful weekend and when we were there left the balcony door open for a nice breeze.

There is absolutely no communication with the host! I asked for new towels for 2 days and never received them (asked the cleaning staff and got a rude, call the number and deal with them) , the code to our door stopped working, we had neighbors that kept smoking pot on their balcony making it to where we couldn't leave our door open and NOTHING was done! (This is a non smoking property!), our fire place never worked, we informed them and again nothing was done. the room was clean, the shower was nice, the beds were soft and there was a good amount of pillows

I liked the view. Hated the chais on the deck, uncomfortable. Microwive, had to unplug it, plug it back in to get it to open. Room clean, beds comfortable. Just not a warm feeling room. It was ok

My best friend and I enjoyed a 5 day stay here. The property was clean,small balcony with ocean view was great. It’s a ground floor unit from the front so no stairs to maneuver with luggage is a big plus. Beds were comfortable and it is close to everything in Lincoln City. There were a couple of drawbacks for me so I didn’t give a five star review. There is no place for clothing/ storage. There is a small under sink cabinet in the bathroom and a small hotel size closet by the front door with only 4 hangers in it. We had to use the benches from the table to stack our clothing during our stay. The night stands are also very small so there is little room for anything to sit on top of them and no drawers. This is just a personal preference of mine for storage space. We also had to request towels and coffee as it was only stocked for one day. The beach access is a steep walk down a neighborhood road, not as close as we would have liked. These are just minor personal preference for me and we would still stay here again.
