You will have complete privacy. Your privacy is as important to you as ours is to us. There is No guarantee that the neighboring properties will be quiet, it is summer on the lake.

We are 1.6 miles from the town of Meadow Vista. Mountain Mikes Pizza, Restaurant, Grocery store, Gas station, Park, Hardware store, etc. Auburn is 12 miles away which has Golfing, Wine tasting, Restaurants, Groceries, Movie theater and anything you could possibly need. The American River is 15 to 20 miles away. Reno is 90 minutes away, North shore Tahoe is 1 hr 20 min away, South Shore Tahoe is 2 hrs away.
