The home sleeps up to 6 guests in 3 queen bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The main house has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths; across the sheltered courtyard is a detached 1-bedroom, 1-bath guest ensuite that gives another couple or family member extra privacy.

Inside, you'll find comfortable new furnishings, fast WiFi for streaming or Zoom calls, a 50-inch TV, a dedicated desk workspace, central heat and AC in the main home, and a stocked kitchen with gas range, microwave, dishwasher, and everyday cooking essentials. Outside, enjoy the courtyard garden, BBQ, deck seating, and wooded hillside setting.

You'll be in a quiet cul-de-sac near Rollins Lake, with easy access to boating, fishing, hiking, wine tasting, Grass Valley, Nevada City, and Auburn.

Good to know: guests have access to the entire home except the garage. There is one covered carport space, with additional parking in front of the garage. The property is unfenced, and deer sometimes wander through the yard. No pets, please. A neighbor's friendly dog may occasionally visit the patio or front yard.
