The master bedroom has a new Queen-sized Serta memory foam bed, while the guest room is furnished with a two twin-sized beds, comfortable for sleeping 4 people. Great house in the perfect location!

The house was really nice and in the perfect location for everything we wanted to do. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Great Stay

Great place near downtown and the biking trails. It was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend for anyone coming to Bentonville for a few days.

Fantastic Location

This place has it all for your stay! The kitchen is huge, plenty of room to lounge, bbq, safe storage for your bikes! And best of all it’s within walking distance of downtown, and just a few minutes off the trail system! Will be staying here again for my next Bentonville adventure!

Excellent Location

This property was clean and comfortable, and you couldn’t beat the location to downtown and trails. Brandie was an excellent host. I plan to stay again when in the area.

Beautiful Bentonville

The property was very well-kept. It was close to shops, restaurants, the lake, and bike trails. The host was amazing and went the extra mile to help us with additional accommodations. We would love to visit again.

Excellent Place to Stay for Exploring Bentonville

This was a great location to stay while spending a couple days exploring Bentonville and riding some of the local mountain bike trails. The property was clean and the check-in/checkout process was easy and straightforward. Fantastic experience overall!

Stayed for the second time. Great spot.

Location is amazing, so close to the square. House has what you need for a good bike trip, too. Clean, well lit garage and a backyard with a garden hose. Amen.
