We have been staying in hotels while we visit for years. Finding this condo changed everything! It’s affordable, clean and comfortable. It’s close to shops, restaurants and the beach.

Our family of five (parents and 3 young adults) had a terrific time! The place was exactly as advertised. The gentle coastal breeze (with just a few windows open) beat out any AC! The kitchen was well equipped. There was a grill on the deck, but as we were super close to a few restaurants and pubs, we didn't cook much besides simple breakfast. We were also within easy walking distance to the beach and the famous SB pier.

Beautiful property!

My friends and I were thrilled with this beautiful, remodeled property. It was in pristine condition, comfortably appointed, within walking distance of the beach/harbor/Stearns Wharf, and included free off-street parking. We appreciated that zip bags and food storage containers were offered in the kitchen; these are a rarity in vacation rentals. Unfortunately, it was unusually hot (for Santa Barbara) during our stay, but the unit did cool down sufficiently at night with the windows open.

Beautifull

We had everything we needed. The place was decorated beautifully. I loved all the little touches-makeup remover and a special makeup towel and toiletries provided and all the wonderful ceiling fans. The location was perfect too!

Clean, easy PERFECT LOCATION!

Start to finish was excellent. The place is clean, well equipped in both the kitchen and linens. It’s a quiet and peaceful neighborhood that gives you quick and easy access to the beach, Funk zone and State Street shopping.

Great location, clean and comfy!

We enjoyed the ease of the location for everything we wanted to explore! Parking is easy, the neighborhood is quant. We loved the walk to Brophy Bros. for dinner, and Chad's for breakfast, and the proximity to State Street! We'd come back for sure!

Apartment was super clean and neat. Well appointed..furniture and decor were lovely. Beds were heavenly. Lots of extras in the apartment, eg, a small flashlight for each bedroom, lots of towels, etc. Very comfortable stay for the three of us.
