Overall the place was nice. The only issue was that check in was scheduled for 4 pm. When we arrived , they were still cleaning the place. We had to wait until 5 pn to check in.

This VRBO was an absolute gem! Extremely clean. Beautiful view. The beds are super comfortable. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

The home has a nice view of the lake and on a quiet cul de sac. Kitchen is well appointed for cooking in. Love the big windows and all the light coming in the house.

The first time we stayed at this property two years ago, the house was spotless. This time there was a definite difference in the cleanliness. The floors don't seem to get mopped between each reservation, because the day we arrived, I wiped something off the floor and the paper towel was really dirty, plus my socks from walking around the house were dirty too. The master shower had pink "mold" towards the bottom from not being cleaned good enough. The lawn (front and back yards) hadn't been mowed in a while, and we found dog poop from previous renters that wasn't picked up. (We didn't even let our dogs into the backyard because it was so overgrown.) The towels are old and some are stained. Ants in the kitchen that I had to fight during our stay. Both garbage cans were completely full, so we had to stack our trash in the garage.I feel that the owners probably don't realize that their cleaning crew are not keeping up with the normal cleaning that should be done between renters. This was disappointing for us because the first time we were in this house, it was spotless, plus we pay a cleaning fee for a reason.The house itself is in a fantastic area. The outside deck is a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the views of the trees and lake.

Restful Stay

On a scale of 1-10, this home is a 10+. Squeaky clean, well equipped, and the view of Lake Woahink is just spectacular. We would definitely stay again.

Gorgeous view from very nice property. Pet-friendly with secure backyard & gates on the deck. Well appointed kitchen, bathrooms, and comfortable furniture made for a relaxing stay. House is far off the highway but still about 15 minutes from town. Lake access is limited, not very walkable (steep roads with no sidewalk) & difficult to find.

I have stayed in many VRBO's and this is my new favorite! So clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Beautiful views and scenery. Quiet and serene. Seriously loved this property!

Peaceful getaway

Beautiful home overlooking the lake. This is very close to town and to the dunes. The amenities were wonderful. Pet friendly! WiFi is very weak. Bring a dvd player if you want digital entertainment.

Hidden Gem!

The house was perfect and the location is amazing! The only thing that could have been better was eradicating the spiders around the property. They are everywhere!! For folks that don’t like spiders, that was the only downside of our stay.

Peaceful

Beautiful house and view. Quiet location with wildlife. A bit of a drive to get to it but we enjoyed it. Multiple types of spiders were a problem in each room. Can opener doesn't really work and a the tv remote for the master bedroom needs to be replaced.

Beautiful Home, Lovely View

We had a great stay in Florence! The house was beautifully and comfortably decorated with a gorgeous patio and view. Everything was spotlessly clean, and we were quite happy with the the kitchen implements for home cooking. We couldn't quite figure out the lake access, but had so much to do and see in the area that it wasn't a problem. Would recommend that there be a map or some more specific instructions for lake access printed and available inside the home.
