Fully renovated two master bedroom condo! Steps to pool at Desert Princess

Welcome to your desert oasis. This condo has just been recently renovated. Brand new appliances (including a gas stove) and new HD smart TV's in the living room and the bedrooms. New kitchen cabinets and new bathrooms upgraded with granite. New king sized beds in each bedroom. Large walk-in closets for ample storage. Washer and dryer in the unit. Just steps to the nearest pool and hot tub (1 of 33 pools in the complex.)
Condo is located on 1st hole of the Lagos golf course. There are 27 holes of affordable golf with easily available tee-times. Tennis, pickle ball and workout facilities are just a stones throw from the condo. The patio overlooks the pool and fairway -- perfect for grilling on the new gas grill.

A wonderful getaway!

Our 1 week stay at Maureen’s Desert Princess condo was a perfect getaway. The layout with two master bedrooms is ideal, and we were very comfortable. The decor is lovely, and the condo well equipped with everything we needed to cook meals we enjoyed el fresco. Maureen is a great host! Instructions were clear and she even included restaurant recommendations which were great. The location is wonderful for nearby sightseeing, and the golf course a lovely setting to return to. We will definitely come back again!

Perfect for 2 couples

This condo was perfect for two couples. In excellent condition. Beautiful view of golf course and pool just steps outside the door. Would love to have the opportunity to stay here again. Maureen checked in with us a couple of times to make sure everything was okay.

Golfer Heaven

Just stayed 5 nights at this condo. First at all, Maureen the owner, was available 24/7. We really enjoyed this condo as it is freshly remodeled and well decorated with a nice view. The kitchen has everything you do need. The location is also great, closed to Palm Springs and easy accessible to Palm Desert. The resort is very nice and well kept. Golfers will enjoy the 3 nine holes at a reasonable fee.

Maureen has done a wonderful job in equipping this spacious condo with all the creature comforts.

We loved the pool and hot tub so close to our patio. The condo is fully outfitted and very comfortable for two couples, giving each of us our own space. We cooked at home almost every night and it was so nice to have a collection of spices, and condiments available, replacing if we used it up. Nice idea. We loved the juicer and being able to pick fresh fruit from the nearby trees with Maureen's fruit picker. Awesome location for getting to lots of hiking within a 30 min drive. Good facilities for an additional fee (tennis, fitness centre, golf). We enjoyed the tennis/fitness classes we could take in the morning. There is a lovely lap pool (#11), just across the fairway, the perfect place to spend a hot afternoon. We totally enjoyed our stay and hope to come back.

Totally Enjoyed!!

As our first time to the the Palm Springs area, we really lucked on securing this condo for six weeks. The two master bedrooms with full ensuites is great for two couples combined with an open concept kitchen and living room. The pool / hot tub are mere steps from the back door making outdoor relaxing very accessible and easy. Was a great place to temporarily call home! We could not have asked for anything different in making our California visit more memorable. Maureen, the condo owner strives in making sure your experience is fully satisfactory. Thank you Maureen - great job.

At the end of the day, i love a great glass of red wine. I'm enjoying getting involved in both residential and vacation real estate. It's just enough work to keep me out of trouble. :-)

This is our second property in Desert Princess. We love the location (close to airport, downtown and the freeway). The amenities here can't be beat -- access to pools, hot tubs, golf, tennis, etc is great. Security here is great and the property is very well maintained.
