Nice setup but...
Our room was not ready by 4pm. We waited an extra 2 hours. Once we were able to get into the room we found it extremely dirty, even though we watched tge cleaners exit. They swept and mopped that was it. We found old food in and under the couch, chair and beds. They dont clean any of the bedding or sanitize anything. The countertops, tables and chairs were sticky or had dried food on them. Chairs with dried gum on them. Carpets in bedrooms are disgusting. They are extremely worn and stained. Dishwasher nor stove or microwave were cleaned. Thats just the cleanliness, well lack there of.
We were to have another person stay with us however 2 out of 3 bathrooms did not work. Maintenance came the day we arrived and claimed they could not fix either issue in the bathrooms. Bathroom 1 was a clogged toilet, that needed snaked. Bathroom 2 had rusty brown water leaking from the AC unit on the floor and in shower. Vector was made aware of the issues immediately. I had to continually reach out to try and get the issues fixed. They never fixed either issue. I had to spend extra money to unclog bathroom 1 toilet.
Maintenance crew is extremely unprofessional. They came 6 days after we arrived. The guy who attempted to unclog the toilet decided to just give up and leave dirty toilet water all over floor and toilet.
