Excellent escape.

Perfect place to stay if you're working or visiting Louisville. Quiet neighborhood. Host are quick to respond. Will be staying again when returning.

Everything was great. The area was clean and quiet. The property manager was always quick to respond. The home was clean. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable

We enjoyed our stay . House is fairly new with very nice kitchen. The beds were super comfortable . In a very walkable neighborhood and convenient to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants.

Home Away From Home

This house was perfect for me and my family. Very clean and it’s in a great neighborhood. We was there because my daughter plays volleyball and it was easy access getting to the Expo Center. Definitely want to stay again!!!!

Great home! A few improvements are needed.

Highly recommend this little home in Jeffersonville. Conveniently located to many locations in Southern Indiana and the downtown Louisville area.

Bourbon Trip

Just ten minutes from downtown. Cute subdivision with friendly neighbors, we enjoyed a morning walk. House was perfect for us and our friends.

Joyful Christmas 2023

This was an excellent property and made our Christmas woth family even more joyful. I will rebook this location for all my trips up to see family. I was very impressed. Looking forward to my next stay.

It was a pleasant stay!

Location and the property was great! Towels, kitchen utensils, stove were not clean. Towels had stains on them and bed sheets were wrinkled.

Great stay

The house was awesome! We loved the house and the closeness to the city! My daughters didn't want to leave! Would recommend to everyone/anyone to stay here! Communication with owner was easy, and questions answered quickly! 10/10 stay!

Staying here will make you hate your master suite back home. I wanted to live there forever. Great place to stay and a short drive to the Equip Expo.

Beautiful home

We had a very nice stay. Close to all conveniences and easy to travel to places we wanted to see. Slight hiccup at check in with the entry code given not working but was quickly solved. We also discovered how much we love and want to buy a Nectar mattress! Definitely the best sleep we’ve had while traveling in hotels or VRBOs. Thank you for your hospitality!

Excellent Stay

Wonderful and cozy home for our family trip. Great home base to explore Louisville, the Ark Encounter and beyond. Thorough communication with host, and house exactly as described. GPS did bring us further down the street than that house location, but we were able to find it according to the address. Five stars-- definitely recommend!

Bright and spacious home

We really enjoyed our stay in Clark County/Indiana Crossings! The pictures are spot-on as to what you can expect. The kitchen and primary bedroom are both large and easy to work in. The beds are comfortable (memory foam topped) and everything felt very clean. The coded lock into the house was easy to use and having access to a large open field behind the house was a plus for our mini-poodle who enjoyed the area to romp in. Having a washer, dryer and dishwasher was also very helpful. There is a fair amount of street noise as the road next to the house is used by a nearby quarry, so large trucks go by quite often during the day. Plus the neighborhood is new (as is this house) so there is a good bit of construction traffic around. Restaurants and grocery stores are about 2-3 miles away, but easy to get to with a GPS or smartphone. It worked out great for us and we enjoyed our time at this home.
