Our family had an excellent stay here. Close to the resort with plenty of dining options in the area. Our kids met many other kids in the area and the lake is excellent. The quiet peninsula was extremely relaxing. The host couldn't have been more responsive and friendly. Thank you, we can't wait to come back!

Great location on the calmer side of the point- lots of kayaking, paddle boarding, and loon sightings. Kids loved the bunk beds and the beach. Within walking distance to Breezy Point resort for evening entertainment. Host was helpful and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this cabin.

Great cabin, great location, would stay again!

My family and I have stayed here two years in a row. We love the location, the modern, clean cabin and the amenities to make it feel like home away from home. The hosts are great to work with and make everything easy from booking through checkout.

Loved our stay!

Very much enjoyed our stay! The home was very clean and very comfortable, fully updated and just what we were looking for. The large smart TVs in each room were a great way to unwind at the end of each day. It has amazing outdoor space as well with the deck and firepit area along with great sunset views. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful bay

Property is on a bay that is much calmer than the other side of the cosway. Beautiful place. Kids had a blast. Swimming off the dock is a bit weedy, but it is just a short walk to a sandy beach.

Great house

Had a group here for a conference at Breezy Point Resort and this house was perfect. Clean and comfy feeling that we would definitely use again.

Great cabin, would book again!

Lorna was a great host. Easy to communicate with throughout. The cabin itself was exactly what we were looking for in terms of location, amenities and comfort. Would definitely book again in the future.

Family fun

Very clean and family friendly cabin. Nice level yard with sandy shore line for young children to play in. Loons in the bay sang to us nightly. ♥️

Perfect Cabin Retreat

The property was just the right size for our family of 5. Its a 15 minute walk to Breezy Point Resort, direct access to the lake. We brought our boat & jetski and were able to easily tie them to up at night. We didn’t stay in much, but it has everything one would need for their stay. Bathroom was small, but again, we didn’t need much for a typical lake day.

An excellent location, truly unique. The home was as described. It was a disappointment there were no kitchen supplies. Not even salt and pepper. I understand that hosts don’t want to manage a bunch food items, but we visit many rentals and this was a first for us. Also there were no toiletries beyond hand soap. Again, a first for us. There is always some generic bath soap and shampoo/conditioner combo. The kayaks were great, but no PFD’s? I would think this would be a liability issue. The home is somewhat dated, which was expected, but the bathroom really needs work. Sheet vinyl coming up from the floor, sheet rock removed and just screwed back in place? For the price these are unacceptable. With a small amount of work and a little attention to a few minor details this could be a great place to stay at. We won’t be back.

Cute little place!

Absolutely loved the place, was great size for housing 7 adults for a weekend to just relax with ice fishing and some snowmobiling. All I would add is that the driveway is very small and in a small cup-de-sac, so if you come with multiple trucks/trailers, it’s a whole deal to unload. But the neighbors and breezy point we’re very nice about helping us out. So we’ll definitely be coming back again!

Paradise on the Lake

The home is exactly as advertised! Clean and updated amenities. We especially enjoyed the outdoor amenities: So close to the lake, great dock, deck and great fire pit. Ideal location! The cabin is situated on quiet bay with easy access to the main lake. The bay is great place to explore with kayaks (provided). Pelican is such a sandy lake, you can swim right from the shore or dock! The host are outstanding to work with. We have stayed at many places in the lakes area and this cabin is right at the top of the list. We are hopeful, we can make arrangements to stay there again next summer!

Cozy and homey

This property was very comfortable and cozy! The amenities were as described. We enjoyed driving into Pequot Lakes and Nisswa for shopping and dinner. We also enjoyed daytime fires! Any concerns or questions we had was followed up by cabin owners. Wish someone could have had heat on when we arrived-cabin was freezing we couldn’t stay inside with our baby so drove into town for groceries. However when we got back, cabin was warm! We truly loved our time away as a new family of 3!
