The house accommodates (6) individuals and is the perfect retreat for any outdoor enthusiast or just wanting to take a vacation! If you have never been to Estes Park, we ask that now is the time you come and cozy up to the fireplace in this home!

There are several stairs up to the main level which may be a hinderance to those with ability challenges.

We hated to leave because we felt so comfortable and enjoyed the mountain views as well as the home's proximity to downtown Estes Park.The home was spotlessly clean.We would love to stay again next year!

The views are so wonderful! It feels like you are in the forest with fabulous views of the mountains, but you are just minutes from the downtown shopping and restaurants. The last day of our stay we had a magnificent herd of at least 30 elk, maybe more, move right past the front of the house and into the meadow behind the rental. It was so fun! They were there for at least a half hour. So many great pictures from the deck! We stayed here last year for a week and liked it so much we came back this year. So glad we did!

The house was excellent, had everything we needed. It is centrally located to everything in town. We even saw mule deer and elk in the yard.

Great property for families looking to enjoy Estes Park, RMNP, & the surrounding area. The property had everything we needed to have a nice stay. Communication & arrival was great, departure instructions were simple. The bed was very comfortable, all the appliances worked well, & we had gorgeous views. We enjoyed riding horses near by & we had some animal visitors at the house too!

Our stay was mostly wonderful! The house is a shared house which made it briefly challenging to figure out where we needed to be, but we got it. Note it is on a hill and there are many stairs to get into it. We were fit, so it wasn’t a problem. Perfect for what we needed. The balcony was great and we were out there a lot. We were a bit disappointed the fireworks were canceled but completely understood it probably wasn’t appropriate with the wild fires in the state.

Great Location and Host

A friend and I stayed here during a recent day hiking trip. It was the perfect location, and we enjoyed the amenities. Should I return, I would stay here without hesitation. Communication was excellent.

Good location, easy to get to town or the Park. The views were really nice. Hosts were very good to answer any questions. The house was stocked really well. We enjoyed our stay there!

The place was so warm and inviting. Everything was extra clean and there were plenty of kitchen supplies and extra blankets and pillows if you needed it. We would definitely stay here again!!

I wanted to extend my gratitude to Cheryl and express how beautiful our stay was at her family's property! From the open windows that displayed the gorgeous mountain backdrop to the spacious jacuzzi in the master bathroom, we felt right at home. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean! Thank you for providing the perfect getaway for our family.
