We really enjoyed our stay - it was super clean and accommodating. The views were spectacular and it was accessible to all the activities we had planned.

Perfect location to RMNP and Bear lake entrance. Just a short drive to down town. Make sure you visit the visitors center across the street to get good trails and maps. Loved this home and pool access. Beautiful views and tons of wild life!

Place was clean and updated with new appliances. Only challenge was the pool heater was broke, thus the pool was too cold to swim. Otherwise everything was great!

Outstanding location for exploring both Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park. The property was peaceful, the condo was comfortable and clean, and we would not hesitate to stay here again!

Great view. Close to Rocky mountain national Park and downtown Estes. Good location.Saw lots and lots of elk and deer on the property.

Well stocked with housewares, clean, good views, quiet. Close to the park. The only downside is there is absolutely nowhere to hang coats or clothes. No closet space!

A peaceful stay

The condo is very close to the park entrance yet far enough from busy roads to be very quiet. The small swimming pool was great for cooling off after hiking.

National Park Trip

This is a beautiful property in a perfect location. We essentially had the pool to ourselves the entire week, the unit is very modern and recently updated, and the property management group was great to work with. This is literally within a few minutes to one of the entrances of RMNP.

We stayed 5 nights (4 adults). The positives are; the place was clean, kitchen was well equipped, washer and dryer, close to downtown, quite and easy access to National Park. Downside is; cant use kitchen table without moving from wall. No place to hang close, no hooks, no closets. One room had small dresser and qhat appears to be a closet, but it was locked. 2nd room had desk with monitor that is completely useless. I would suggest removing the desk , put a small closet. The bathrooms were very small with no counter space. Living space could use another chair. There is no AC, so not being able to keep windows open overnight, it was rather warm. Beds are not very comfortable, but I was ok with that but the other couple was not and did not sleep well. The TV is not user friendly and when I called the management company, the young man was not helpful, so if your not technical, bring your own tv. Probably would not stay here again. Management needs to disclose all of this a little better so its not a surprise or disappointing.

Relaxing weekend

Couldn’t asked for a better location! Peaceful and the pool was wonderful after a long day of hiking. Tons of wildlife and the neighbors were great! Def coming back and getting this same place!

Best kept secret in Estes

Fantastic stay in Estes. This is literally a 2 minute drive from RMNP. It's up the mountain so very good view of Longs Peak and no traffic noise. Tons of space, beds are wonderful, 100% clean and tidy. Dip in the pool after long day hiking was fun. Definitely would come back!

The property was exactly as pictured in the description. It was very clean. There were plenty of towels, cleaning products for the kitchen and cookware if you wanted to cook. The check-in process was very easy and the owners answered any of my questions promptly.There is a Safeway in town so we bought some breakfast items and to go meals. Plenty of restaurants so we didn't cook at all. The location is close to town so it was easy to access the hiker shuttle to the park and the Estes Tram Ride.Would definitely stay here again.

Summer family trip

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was clean, quiet, updated, and the location was good. We enjoyed the views and the pool was clean and refreshing. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because there was no place for us to hang our clothes. The primary bedroom had a dresser to use but the 2nd bedroom had no dresser or place to put our clothes for our 5 day stay. We were also only given 3 washcloths for the entire stay for 3 people. The beds were fine but the pillows provided were flat.

The rooms were clean. It is inappropriate to call this a 2 bedroom place. Bedrooms by definition have closets. There were no closets to hang up dresses or a suit. We came to Estes Park for a wedding, and it was unbelievable there were no rods anywhere to hang clothes. And, of course, no hangars. We went to the dollar store and bought over the door hooks and hangars to take care of our clothes. There was an iron, although no ironing board. We left one of the over the door hooks for the next guests. The 2nd “bedroom” has no dresser or anywhere to put clothes. It has a desk. I’d suggest you replace the desk with a dresser.All tables and shelves had knickknacks on them. Since there is so little room, I’d also suggest you remove many of them.The kitchen had plenty of storage, and was well equipped. The best part of the place. The dining table sits in a corner, and has to be pulled out to seat 4. It also had stuff on it. There should be some warning about no closets. There is a closet in the master bedroom, but it’s locked. Probably the owners closet. Maybe a place to hang clothes?There were plenty of bath towels but only 2 washcloths and 3 hand towels for the bathroom.The unit was close to town, and we enjoyed the national park.

The recently remodeled description was slightly deceptive as the bathrooms are not modern. There is not air conditioning, the en-suite bathroom did not drain properly and after contacting to ask that it be fixed it appeared that this was a known issue which invites significant bacteria risk. There isn’t much lounging furniture which made it difficult to relax at the end of the day.
