This unit is part of a unique California Craftsman home and your private apt is a large 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment that boasts epic skyline views tucked in the Hollywood Hills and steps from the iconic Hollywood Bowl. This is a celebrity neighborhood so you'll never know who you'll see walking their dog or an urban hike workout. Other nearby iconic sites are Hollywood Walk of Fame, Runyan Canyon, Universal Studios and Griffith Observatory Park.

If you need a larger space, we have another 1000 sq ft 2 bedroom 1 bath guest home on the other side of property, called the "Hollywood Hideaway" and awarded "Guest Favorite" on all the major online travel booking platforms.

Please note the Owners lives in the main house and the apt is attached. They are currently working on remodeling their main house so you may see Contractors in the property and will hear them working 8 am - 5 pm. The construction is scheduled to be completed by end of October 2026. This apt is below the main house and there are shared walls. ** major construction completed there will be constructors on site to hang cabinets, light fixtures and interior work only

This is a short-term rental property only. No Tenants rights apply. No access to U.S. Mail box at the property - delivery packages only allowed. You must check-out on the date your contract finishes.



SECURITY DEPOSIT/ADDITIONAL COSTS: If applicable to your reservation, the security deposit will be used at our sole discretion to pay for the restoration of the property to its original move-in conditions (outside of other normal wear and tear). All stays of 30+ days require a security deposit. Additional costs include but are not limited to: cleaning beyond normal wear and tear, removing excessive garbage, repairing or replacing any part of the premises, its contents, common areas and recreational facilities for damage caused after your move-in. In the event that said deposit is insufficient, you agree to allow us (iTrip LA) to charge your credit card on file to pay the additional costs or we may send you an invoice that is payable in full upon receipt. If all terms and conditions of the agreement are fulfilled, the deposit will be returned in full within 21 business days after guest

HOUSE RULES:

It is our mission to ensure that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us! We also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them as well as all your guests prior to confirming your reservation.



* Minimum age policy is 25 years old. Valid photo ID will be required, as well as names and ages of all your Guests. (exceptions will be considered with a refundable $1000 security deposit that will be completed via email with your credit card authorization after your booking)



* Check-in is after 4 pm | Check out is at 11 am



MAX NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS ( 3 people) Extra Guest Fee After 3 guests.

The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $100 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions.



NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - due to the City of LA's strict ban of parties of large groups we need exact headcounts of your guests at all times. Outside visitors not permitted.



A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by iTrip Vacations Hollywood in writing prior to the arrival date.



NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS

Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $250 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines.



NOISE ORDINANCE: 10 pm – 7 am



Please be mindful of the Owners who live on the property. The property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that you and our whole community can enjoy a restful night's sleep. We are dedicated to protecting our guests and neighbors from bothersome levels of noise. In an effort to do so, this property is equipped with NoiseAware technology. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property.
