Beautiful two bedroom two bath condominium overlooking the beach. Newly remodeled, accommodations include a Queen size bed in the master bedroom, and two twin size beds in the guest bedroom. If additional bedding is required, there is a sofa sleeper in the living room. Relax and enjoy the wonderful view of the Gulf of Mexico from your 8th floor private balcony. Beach trip

We stayed at one of the nicer condos at the complex. It was clean, neat and had plenty of towels, soap, shampoo etc. we would stay there again.

Beautiful view!!

The condo was very nice. The front room furnature was not real comfy. It was a little warm in the condo. It was set up nicely and the views was beautiful! Booking it was an easy process. Checking in was very smooth. The people at the deck were friendly. Checking out was easy!! Id definitely rent another condo with them. They even called to check on us with the storms. That was very nice of them. I called qith quest3and they got answers fir us. Thank you!!

Great Condo with Marvelous Views

We loved the condo and the view of the gulf. A building this size however should have 4 elevators, but is had only two with only one working. Past reviews show that this is a long term problem. Other than that, we were fine with the beach easy access and pool and jacuzzi both nice. One things good is that the Jacuzzi is completely separate from the pool area - on other side of building - and for adults only so you can get away from screaming children.

Loved the view of the beach and the surf. Hearing the waves while drinking coffee on the balcony was just what we needed. 5 minutes from the front door to the surf.

Great Spot to stay

Overall the unit was great. The views over the water were amazing. It was a short walk down the beach to several beach bars and an easy drive to everything else. On-site parking was plentiful. The rental company was very accommodating of our late arrival and checked in several times with us. The unit had a spacious living room / dinning room for our family to hangout when we were there. Two things I wish I had known before hand. First, there is everything you need for living in the unit but nothing for the beach. No chairs, umbrellas, toy buckets etc. I normally rent in FL and that’s often common there but maybe not in this area. Second the pool was closed for maintenance and had been for months (Dec ‘23). If that factors into your plans at the Inverness as it did with ours you should call ahead to make sure it is now open. Overall though would come back to SPI and this unit again.

Amazing to say the least

The place was beautiful. Felt like home as soon as we opened the door. Checking in and out was super easy and fast. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub is located outside between the 3rd and 4th floor. Which still over sees the ocean. Location is great very close to shops and restaurants. Can't wait to come back

We won't be back

The property itself has used furniture in the parking garage that looks like it's been tossed around. Only one elevator worked in the building, and you better hope you don't stop on floor 6 or 9. The doors to the elevator wouldn't shut until it had opened and closed three time. We were told that management was aware and that it had been fixed, but it wasn't fixed. From the moment we walked in, the musty smell was something we knew was a bad omen. The condo is very dated, so we thought maybe it had just been closed up too long. The pillows on all the beds were completely flat so we looked for extras in the closets. The extra pillows all had stains on them from previous people that had used them. It was disgusting. The second morning we were greeted by a 2–3-inch cockroach in the master bathroom. We contacted Kevin who apologized and said he would have someone come out and spray and look into the standing water under the sink in the master bathroom. We never heard anything back from him, there was nothing left inside the condo saying it had been sprayed and the water was still under the sink when we checked out. When we turned the keys back in, we told the person at the counter about everything, he said Kevin was out of the office, but he'd leave him a message. We haven't heard back from anyone. We've stayed in many different properties and paid less for better. We won't be back.

Enjoyed our stay

Good location. Great view. The biggest issue with the property was the internet connection. While it connects to the Wi-Fi, nothing would load. Another issue was the check in process. Parts of the check in package were either missing or hidden in not obvious locations.

Great Stay

We’ve stayed at several listings in SPI, and this was just as advertised. Previous reviews mentioned toilet issues, broken elevators, but we experienced none of that. In fact, this was one of the cleaner places we’ve stayed at. The artwork is a little risqué for kids (frontal nudity/behind on mermaids) but we covered it up. Otherwise this was a clean, spacious, and enjoyable play to stay.

Vacation

It was okay, the apartment was clean, toilet broke 1st night called staff in the morning took approximately4 hours for them to arrive and then still couldn't fix it. Both elevators where broke for 2 days making it very inconvenient for carrying coolers and items up and down the stairs. But we made the best if it.

Great condo, great location

This unit is on the 8th floor, ocean front. Great views! Good access to beach, but if you have trouble with stairs, choose a different complex. North elevator was out of order, again. Microwave popped breaker once, I only heated water for tea, but breaker box behind the door in 2nd bdrm. It was very clean. Pictures in master bedroom, bath and 2nd bath I found slightly inappropriate if you have young children. (topless mermaids). Overall, I would rent this again.

Comfy get-a-way with a great view

We absolutely did not want to leave. The condo was comfortable and quaint. Kitchen was furnished well, and the beds were comfortable. Great view from the balcony.

Million dollar view

The best part of rental property is the view. It is absolutely phenomenal! I was disappointed in the fact that the stove top was broken by the prior renters and was not replaced. During this COVID-19 pandemic, we prepared and brought all our food so that we didn’t have to go to restaurants or public places. It was unfortunate that we were unable to use the stove top. We contacted the renter and they sent someone to check on it, but they never returned with a solution. We used the oven for one meal, but then had to import meals the entire weekend. All our food was wasted. The refrigerator was also not very cool and when we arrived there was water on the floor. Again, we contacted the renter and no response. The renter was aware of the stove being broken and should have told us. I just wish this would have been told to us before we arrived so that accommodations could have been made. Other than that, the place was fine. The second room has two twin beds. My son is 187lbs and 6ft 3 inches, the bed was not very comfortable. Be prepared for that if you have teenagers. The best part about this property is the VIEW from the balcony. If you want a great view, this is the place! The people in the office are very friendly and accommodating. Although, we didn’t use them (we brought our own) the rental property does have a beach umbrella, chairs, and body boards for you to use and stored in the balcony. We will rent this room again, but will assure the stove is functioning and the refrigerator before booking next time.

Nice stay

We had a 2 bedroom/2 bath rental. The property was well kept and clean. The rental had all the appliances we needed which was fantastic! The view was amazing! Beds were "ok" for comfort. I really liked that there was some toiletries and cleaning items to get us started. The only complaints would be the strong musty smell and that it was quiet warm and uncomfortable in the rental. We tried several ways in attempt to cool it down with no success. I would never recommend staying here in the summer due to this. We were there is March. The temperatures outside were cooler than in the rooms and this made sleeping near impossible. Other than the uncomfortable heat, we had a nice stay.

Elevator issues

On Wednesday the only working elevator was out of service for approximately 7 hours. We had to have local firemen take the disabled lady traveling with me up 8 flights of stairs.
