Super clean, modern, comfortable! Washer dryer in unit is huge for active hikers! Kitchen well appointed - amazing view of the monument, great sunset. Super close drive to town! Would definitely stay again!

Outstanding. All appliances new and high grade. Comfy furnishings. Lovely decor. Blinds adjust so one can block direct sunlight and still enjoy the view. Step out front door and there is a walking-biking path along the river. Highest recommendation.

Great property

We really enjoyed our stay. We were in for the weekend and the proximity to all of the things we wanted to do was great. The condo is very clean, new and well appointed. Nice view of the river. We would definitely stay here again.

Get away weekend

We loved staying at this vrbo. It was clean and fully stocked with great amenities. If you are looking for a wonderful vrbo, look no further. We will be back.

Nice modern with a good location close to Monument Park. House is on Colorado river with access for canoe or kayak.

Beautiful and Confortable

We really enjoyed our stay here. Beautifully decorated, well equipped, much more quiet than a hotel would have been. Neighbor is a bit off putting but it appears to be improving. Would definitely stay here again! Great for visiting your kids at CMU!

Comfy, Convenient and Very well appointed place was awesome!

This wonderful two bedroom was just perfect for our stay in Grand Junction while we were in town for country jam. It’s in a great location, had plenty of parking and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the details of this place! The beds and sheets were so nice, soft thick towels and delicious coffee! It wasn’t missing anything and we would definitely recommend this place and stay here again! Really a beautiful and well decorated space! We loved it.

Just Perfect

Contemporary new quality construction that has the perfect layout with excellent useful furnishings. Designed and implemented very well. Easy secure thoughtful access. Stocked well and thoughtfully for visitors stay. Nice location on the bike path and close To downtown GJ. Top rental in my experience.

Everything you need done well.

Clean contemporary new home with comfortable modern furnishings. Quality coordinated finishes inside and out. Everything was well thought out to provide guests with the best experience. From multiple bedside USB charging, comfortable beds, and well stocked kitchen, this home has it all. Nice river view and only a mile to downtown. Highly recommend.

Can I take this home back to north Carolina?

Place was absolutely spotless. Nice appliances. Comfortable beds. Beautiful view of the Colorado river. Parks nearby and more! Worth ever penny, especially with the national monument so close. Danny, the owner of the home was extremely diligent when making sure I was enjoying my stay and even went the extra mile to tell me what kind of blankets he bought. (seriously... I'm buying 3 for myself...) You would be out of your mind not to rent this place. God know I will if I ever come back to Colorado.

So many wonderful things about this rental. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfy and the A/C worked great.The downfall of this property is the neighborhood it is in. I would say this house is by far the nicest in the neighborhood and we unfortunately had a bad experience one night with the neighbors. They were loud and partying into the wee hours keeping us awake when we should have been getting much needed rest. I contacted the hosts and they really didn’t seem to care. I received a very short text saying “sorry - do you know which neighbors?” In response to me letting them know what happened. I replied to their question and gave more details about our experience (a sleepless night) and they never responded. I was definitely disappointed in that communication and lack of trying to make things right. I know if I was the host and my renters had two additional nights to go I would have made some efforts to at the very least communicate and check in on how the additional night went. Maybe delivered some earplugs? Or some type of an apology? Partial refund? Something….. I believe acts of customer service go far and we didn’t experience any of that. Another sidenote - the amount of spiders and spider webs outside the property were unreal. They were even in places like the handles of the gate and door into the garage which we couldn’t avoid. Seems like more frequent pest control is necessary this time of year.
