Overall this property was great and well appointed. There were only two minor things. First is the pillows on the bed were extremely flat and uncomfortable. and the second thing was not having any coffee on the property. I feel like it would be nice to have enough to get you through the first morning. The hot tub was clean and worked properly. This was a great location and house and I'd highly recommend booking.

Thank you for the review and for choosing Meredith Lodging. We’re glad the easy beach access and walkability to restaurants met your needs — and that you enjoyed the front porch view. We appreciate your note about the neighbors being close, we do our best to capture that in the listing photos so our renters are aware of that ahead of time. If there’s anything else we could have done to earn five stars, please message us through the Vrbo app; we’d really appreciate the feedback. We hope to welcome you back soon!

We enjoyed having a fenced yard and a short walk to the beach. The neighbors were hosting a wedding so it very much felt like we were sharing a backyard. There is not much privacy, but luckily the neighbors were kind and respectful. Very walkable area and overall enjoyed our stay in this unit.
