Overall, this place was great for my friends and me. For being pet-friendly, it was very, very clean for the most part. Nice beds, spacious living room and kitchen. Having a second bathroom is helpful when people are showering/getting ready. The place is in a great neighborhood within walking distance is a busier road full of restaurants. I rated a 4 because of some cleaning suggestions.

Thank you so much for your feedback and for staying with us. We’re glad you enjoyed the neighborhood and found our communication helpful. We truly apologize that the outdoor areas didn’t meet your expectations. With it being fall, leaves can gather quickly even after routine upkeep, but we’ll make sure to increase our attention to this during the season. We appreciate you letting us know and hope to have the opportunity to host you again for an even better experience.

The perfect home away from home, walking distance to downtown city life.

We absolutely loved the home and the location. It was our first time in Charlotte and I don’t think that I could have found a home with a more perfect, safe location. The home was beautifully styled, clean and comfortable. Will def stay here again if we are in town.
