Wonderful little place, perfect location in the heart of Dunedin. The host lives in the adjacent unit and was super friendly. Could not have asked for a better place.

We love staying at this home . I say home because we have stayed here 4 times with our pups and once with our adult Daughter who also love it . We all think of it as our vacation home / home away from home until we purchase our own place in Dunedin .It is always clean inside and out . They have made some upgrades to outside and they are great. The location is perfect. You are walking distance to everything downtown and only 10 minutes from honeymoon island. The owner Rhondi is so sweet and makes sure we ways have everything we need. We just got home today from our trip and are already planning the next trip . 🌴😎☀️🐶🐶🐾🐾

Charming bungalow stay

The property was great for our needs and was just as advertised. Clean., modern and convenient to restaurants and coffee shops in downtown Dunedin. Would book again.

We loved the location!

This is a great place to stay! The location is perfect, just a short walk to the downtown area. We really liked the ranch layout with a fenced in backyard. The queen bed was comfortable and it’s nice to have free parking. We will definitely stay again.

The place was awesome! Nice and cozy with a fenced in yard for us and our dog to hang. Very convenient as we could walk anywhere around Main Street Dunedin. Beautiful place.

Fantastic stay

This was the perfect little cottage for a couple. The location was outstanding, and it was in downtown don’t Dunedin, where we could walk to everything. The special touches they added to make us feel welcomed, and even our pet was wonderful.

The property was in very good condition and in a great location. Easy walking distance to restaurants, bars, breweries and shops. Also, only a block from the bike trail. I would stay here again.

Best location

Property worked perfect for us to bring our pug! Great back yard for the pooch. Loads of places to go and all are easy walking distance (breweries, coffee shops, restaurants, parks). We had the best visit. Tons of live music on the weekend.

Close to all you need!

Great location, cute beach themed home. Try the drinks at Dunedin Mix! It's walkable from here! Lots of breweries, bars, quaint shops, and coffee right around the corner.

Hot times

It was nice and close to shops, food and the relative who's wedding we were here for. We had a Great time at the Gulf of Mexico playing in the water and sand. We also went and played some mini golf. Overall it was a Great place to stay.

Great little cottage

Very clean, 1/2 block to the commercial strip but very quiet even during the Mardi Gras parade. Nice little back yard, a block from the bike trail. Highly recommended.

Perfect Location!!

Perfect for two and the location is amazing. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and a block from the Pinellas Trail. Wonderful sunsets to see if you take a short walk out to the water. The unit was clean and bright with a lovely outdoor deck.

We were very pleased with property. It exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect to visit town. The amenities were spot on, from kitchen to the bathrooms! Very pleased!
