A beautifully decorated and comfortable home, with plenty of space for all guests. The hot tub and fire pit added a relaxing vibe to our stay. A perfect getaway in a home away from home!

Wonderful home

We love staying here. It was beautifully decorated, very clean and had everything we needed for pour stay.Communication with host was excellent.Great, convenient location.Would stay there again for sure!

Perfect location!

Beautiful house close to beaches, restaurants, stores. Quiet neighborhood. Management Company was great to deal with.

Beautiful property with many wonderful qualities. There was damage to the property upon arrival and reported that to the host immediately. Clear contact was available. Easy check in and out process

Great layout for a group!

We enjoyed our stay here. Perfect home base for our family. Loved the decks, huge fire pit, and big open kitchen/dinning room. The game room was also a favorite hang out too! Thank you!

The house was great it wouldBe nice to either have an earlier check in time or later checkout would be nice to have steps to get into the hot tub. The table on the deck is broken. We had brown water on Monday there was rodent waste on the upper deck the sink on 1st floor is clogged hope this helps

Jawsome!

All four generations took a vacay to the Cape for the first time, this house was a hub of activity, well stocked and well decorated. Everything was perfect and lovely, we all really enjoyed ourselves.

Warm comfortable family home

This house was ideal. Clean, very comfortable beds, two living areas plus a large dining area, great kitchen with nice appliances, wonderful outdoor areas, large back yard. It was also in a great location and basically has everything you could wish for. We’ll be back!

Awesome House in Chatham

The house was amazing (its even better than the pictures), the location was perfect (close to everything - just a short car/bike ride away, but far enough), the yard was great (we had two doggy visitors), plenty of space for guests, the driveway was able to fit a couple more cars than mentioned on the website (which was very helpful), and there is nothing like the outdoor shower!

Perfect for spending time together and plenty of space to spread out.

Large open dinning room that is loaded with windows looking out onto the back deck and large yard. Wonderful large gathering areas to play games, watch a movie, eat or just hang out after a day at the beach. Kitchen is easy to work in. Fire pit was a hit every night. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have private space. The decks are so nice to relax on! Thank you

This home is really beautiful, and we enjoyed our stay! The location is ideal on the Cape, as well as within Chatham - to local restaurants, shopping etc. We loved watching movies in the living room (super-comfy) and playing Scrabble at the dining room table. The yard is gorgeous, and we loved listening to the birds on the deck with coffee from The Snowy Owl. However, thankfully it was just 3 of us, as were were unable to use the finished basement. It smelled very strong of mold/mildew. I reached out to Del Mar and while they were very responsive and it sounded like they would look into the issue, I told them nothing would be able to remedy it while we were there and I asked to be partially refunded. They did not oblige.

Perfect spot for my family of 7!

This property was perfect for my family of 7 adults! It is spacious, clean, kitchen was well equipped, beautiful yard with lovely landscaping. My only complaint is the small from the garage. Seems to me a dehumidifier in there would be quite helpful. The smell permeated into the first floor bedroom and living area down there. Other than that, it was wonderful!

Family Vacation

My wife and I with our daughter her husband and our two grandchildren. Also our two golden doodles. Had a very nice stay. But I Was very upset to come home one day to a guy spreading pesticides on lawn. Lawn was shut down from use for 24 hours. Very annoyed at this as we paid a lot of money for this home and expected to have the use of outside. The overall stay was great but for one day it was beyond annoying.

Amazing Thanksgiving on the Cape

We absolutely loved our stay here!! The listing was accurate but the house is so much better in person !! The teens had an amazing time in the game room and sitting by the fire pit and the adults loved the living room and huge TV! The kitchen was so well stocked ! We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and I wasn’t sure if there would be enough large pots so I brought some of my own things but didn’t need them at all!!! What a great kitchen to cook in !! My mother in law and husband had spent many Thanksgivings on the Cape at the grandparents house and they were so happy to be able to do it again, throwing the football in the backyard to walking on the beach , a quick 5 min drive away !! And we loved we could bring our dog! Just be aware that the neighbors to the right of the house have a young black lab who likes to run into the yard ! My dog is not keen on other dogs so we had to keep an extra close eye out for her !!! Highly recommend this amazing place ! Oh and you can walk to Dunkin !!! Always great for me !

We had a wonderful stay at this house for a multigenerational family trip! The house was clean, spacious, and had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. It was a great setup for our group, with enough space for both adults and kids.The location was excellent—close to town, beaches, and plenty of activities, which made it very convenient for our group. We loved being able to easily get out and explore while still having a comfortable home base to come back to.Overall, it was a great house for a family vacation, and we would definitely stay here again!

We just wrapped up our week long stay and it was amazing. Our family had never been to this part of Cape Cod before, but Chatham is amazing and this property was just perfect for our stay.It was close to a great beach and an amazing downtown experience. The home is walkable to ice cream, great coffee and Dogfish Tacos!The house itself was clean and exactly as advertised. We did bring our dogs and they loved the backyard! It was private and really clean. All the decks around the house were perfect since we were graced with excellent weather.Book this home!
