We are so happy to hear you all had a good stay! I am so sorry to hear about the items you may have found. We can assure you we do very thorough inspections of each unit before they are released for arrival. Thank you for making us aware of the maintenance issues as well, we will definitely get those looked at. We would have gotten those addressed during your stay if we had known. This unit is a great location. We certainly hope to welcome you all again for any future family vacations! :-)

We are so happy you enjoyed your vacation with us! This unit is in a prime location. Your close to all the great activities, including the boardwalk and all it has to offer! There is available chair and umbrella rentals along the beaches as well. Thank you for all the feedback regarding this unit. We sincerely apologize for the cleanliness issues and maintenance concerns you encountered during your stay. The condition of the air fryer, pans, bathroom, shower fixtures, and dishwasher are not the experience we want our guests to have. We also apologize for the delay in communication and the lack of follow-up regarding the shower issue. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention and will address them with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to help ensure improvements are made. Hi there Shea, I am very sorry for the issues you encountered with the AC during your stay. We don't ever like when things break during a guest stay and do try to have things fixed just as quickly as possible. I have communicated with our team and the company that was called in to address the AC issue, there was a miss in the communication and for that I am sincerely sorry, at minimum, all updates should have been communicated to us and then to you. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding while we resolved that for you and I assure you we have taken steps to improve how our vendors communicate with us so we can improve our communication with our guests.
