This 1 bedroom unit with a pull out sofa sleeper in the living room sleeps a maximum of 4 people. The front porch offers a nice view of the bay and park with pickle ball courts, playgrounds, OC Skate Bowl across the street. Just 2 short blocks to the beach, boardwalk and beach volleyball courts.
After a day at the beach, cool off at our tropical themed outdoor pool.
Free fishing pier on the bay - 1 block away.
Full kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee pot.
With plenty of pot/pans, dishes and utensils for cooking.
Free Wifi is available.
Just park the car and walk to many restaurants and activities or grab the bus 1 block away to go up town.
Newly remodeled, fresh paint and clean !
A small grocery store is on the corner and has just about anything you would need, including delicious breakfast sandwiches and subs.

Friends Beach Weekend

This location was perfect, walking distance to everything. We loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings and the evenings. Will definitely book again

Great place

Loved the location. Right near the bay and not to far from the boardwalk. I would book this again next year. Also during cruise week you can watch the cars from the balcony.

Close to everything

What more can you say about great location close to everything yet quiet area park is across the street. I1 block from fishing from the bay on one side 2 blocks from the beach and boardwalk.

Great little space!

We had a great time staying at the blue lagoon. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay in OC! We will definitely come back and stay there again.

Fall Getaway

Perfect location, short walk to the boardwalk or over to the docks to places like MR Ducks. Nice porch to sit and relaxed. Place was perfect for the 2 of us and our pup. Already made recommendations to our friends as a great place to stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Amazing Stay

Wonderful property, super close to beach and boardwalk! The property was clean and well decorated. Neighbors were super friendly, and the owner was very communicative and kind throughout the entire process. Great spot in OCMD :)

Best Mini Vacation

My boyfriend and I stayed for a long weekend for our anniversary. The place was perfect, very clean, and in a great location. The host was always available for communication and was very thorough about the check in process and everything else we might need. We had a great time and hope to stay again soon!

Perfection!

If it's possible, this listing was even better than described. It was one of the cleanest places we've ever stayed, and the location was absolutely perfect...less than 10 minutes to the boardwalk. It was super quiet, too. For such a small space, there were a ton of outlets and many shelves to store our belongings. The balcony and rocking chairs were the icing on the cake. We will definitely rent this property again!
