This 1 bedroom unit with a pull out sofa sleeper in the living room sleeps a maximum of 4 people. The front porch offers a nice view of the bay and park with pickle ball courts, playgrounds, OC Skate Bowl across the street. Just 2 short blocks to the beach, boardwalk and beach volleyball courts.
After a day at the beach, cool off at our tropical themed outdoor pool.
Free fishing pier on the bay - 1 block away.
Full kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee pot.
With plenty of pot/pans, dishes and utensils for cooking.
Free Wifi is available.
Just park the car and walk to many restaurants and activities or grab the bus 1 block away to go up town.
Newly remodeled, fresh paint and clean !
A small grocery store is on the corner and has just about anything you would need, including delicious breakfast sandwiches and subs.

Friends Beach Weekend

This location was perfect, walking distance to everything. We loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings and the evenings. Will definitely book again

Perfection!

If it's possible, this listing was even better than described. It was one of the cleanest places we've ever stayed, and the location was absolutely perfect...less than 10 minutes to the boardwalk. It was super quiet, too. For such a small space, there were a ton of outlets and many shelves to store our belongings. The balcony and rocking chairs were the icing on the cake. We will definitely rent this property again!

Close to everything

What more can you say about great location close to everything yet quiet area park is across the street. I1 block from fishing from the bay on one side 2 blocks from the beach and boardwalk.

Great place

Loved the location. Right near the bay and not to far from the boardwalk. I would book this again next year. Also during cruise week you can watch the cars from the balcony.

Nice Place and great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only drawback was the construction on the road that was going on. It didn't allow parking on the street in front of the place. And Monday morning we were awoken to all day loud paving of the street. They started at 6am! Not the fault of the owners and I don't know if they received notice ahead of time regarding the road being closed to parking and also work being done, but it definitely wasn't pleasant.

Beginning of Spring

Very clean and well decorated condo. Close to everything. Walk to the bay and beach in a few short blocks. You can also bring your fur baby. Definitely recommend!

Great place and great location

The dogs and I take work-cations to OCMD three or four times a year during the offseason. They love the beach and we all love the solitude. Rental is presented very accurately in the listing. Communication was great. No problem checking in and rental was very clean on arrival. I didn't do much cooking but the kitchen had everything that I would think is needed. One very small suggestion, more ice trays. Cable TV and wireless internet were adequate. Furniture is comfortable and the mattress was decent. Good hot water and water pressure. The rental is right across the street from the new park and expanded skate park that they are putting in. During the peak season I imagine it will be quite crowded. The location is phenomenal. Less than 100 steps away from the 4th St Fishing Pier and 3 short blocks to the beach. The market on the corner came in handy and had a pretty mean breakfast sandwich. Doordash had no problem on multiple deliveries. Honestly I have nothing bad to say about any of it. I will absolutely stay here again, especially during the winter months.

Location Location Location

Exactly as described. We chose this location to easily walk to the free fishing pier on 4th Street. We were on the 2nd floor with a nice balcony with a view of the bay. The small unit was perfect for 2 of us.

Fall Getaway

Perfect location, short walk to the boardwalk or over to the docks to places like MR Ducks. Nice porch to sit and relaxed. Place was perfect for the 2 of us and our pup. Already made recommendations to our friends as a great place to stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Had a great time in OC. The apartment was just as described and had everything we needed. The market on the corner was great for essentials and snacks. Will be back.

OC Jeep Fest Stay

This is the second time we've stayed in this place. It is perfect for 2 adults and a dog. The kitchen has everything you need, the location is great with a view of the bay, and easy walking distance to boardwalk and beach. There is a grassy area for dogs to be off-leash, and a pier along the water for a nice walk. It is clean and modern and affordably priced. Communication with the owner is timely and they even accommodated our early check-in. Highly recommend and will definitely return soon.
