It’s a nice small room if you want to enjoy north Vancouver and aren’t looking for a fancy hotel. Nothing closer to the mountains anyways.

Had a wonderful time! Unit is small but cozy and warm and has packed a surprising amount of amenities. Gathered some insightful ideas for small home living spaces. Wish we had more time... Enjoyed every day here and looking forward to booking another escape in the near future!

Shadi is an amazing host and offers a great little spot to rent out, quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Anything you need and you can get ahold of her within minutes. Hope to book a stay here again in the future!

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed staying north of the busy city center, in a green, calm neighbourhood close to the mountains. Public transport by buses is good enough to easily reach busier areas / to go grocery shopping etc.

Lovely suite! Compact but comfortable. I appreciated the extra towels provided. Close to shops but quiet. Shadi is very responsive and such a gracious host!

Beautiful neighbourhood close to best attractions and spectacular scenery! Hosts were perfect and very friendly, extremely professional. Highly recommend this property.

Ideal for a 2-3 day stay to explore all what North Shore has to offer. Fully equipped in a quaint space and idyllic setting.

We’ve had a great three weeks- the accommodation and our hosts were all perfect. We were visiting my son and his family but spent time exploring too and the house is in the perfect location for exploring North Vancouver and the city. The public transport system is fantastic and we loved the sea bus into town.The accommodation is well planned and totally suitable for us- basic cooking with a microwave , fridge etc. we can highly recommend the accommodation for anyone looking for a lovely, friendly place to stay in a great location- thank you Shadi and all your family!

It was definitely a small little place to stay and reasonably priced for the area. The bed was quite firm but comfortable (two doubles with the seam across your hips rather than side by side). Check in was easy and everything was what was advertised.I have not rented a place where the room was adjoined to a house before, and I will avoid this again at all cost in the future. If you like sleeping in or napping, this is not the place for you. Although the door slamming doesn’t last too long, being woken up at 7am or earlier does not make for a relaxing getaway…

We do want to clarify that we have a strict quiet-hours policy and do not create noise before 7:00 a.m. As noted in our listing, the suite is attached to our home, which may not be the right fit for guests seeking a completely detached accommodation.
