This house is absolutely gorgeous. Large enough for a family vacation or a girls trip or guys trip. Location is great.

The cabin is beautiful and very comfortable! It was well stocked and clean. The location and amenities are great and provided a lot for our entire family.

We enjoyed our stay here, the neighborhood was wonderful. Plenty of space for a family, would rent again!

Awesome family trip!

My family, adult children and spouse, enjoyed our stay. Property had everything we needed and more! Convenient location to dining, entertainment, hiking, waterfalls and Sapphire Valley activities.

The home was fully stocked with everything we could have needed. The home is beautiful. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds we comfortable. We had enough room for everyone to spread out without squishing each other. The rental was easy to find, and the owner was readily accessible to answer all my questions.

Mountain vacay

Excellent area in Sapphire and house was very well equipped for all ages! We were all adults but there is a great area in the basement with toys and games for kids. Doggos are also thought of with goodies. True mountain cabin feel and coffee in the am and wine in the pm on the back porch or by the fire pit was beautiful.

Notifying you of Water Leak in Ceiling

Our Board member truly enjoyed their stay at 2448 Upper Whitewater. However, this morning some ceiling had fell in one of the bathrooms due to a likely water leak. I will email pictures to Landmark. Otherwise, it is a beautiful home and they enjoyed staying there.

This house is great! We were impressed with how kid and pet friendly this home is. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with equipment and all the beds were comfortable. We traveled with six adults and four children, and we had plenty of space. I highly recommend renting this home!
