Nice home, very clean. Short drive into Downtown. Owner is great with communication and did everything necessary to ensure we had a great trip. Came down with some friends and had a great time!

Asheville

Awesome location central to everything but still quiet and peaceful. Loved the huge yard! Great hospitality and communication from host. We will definitely be back!

Trip to Asheville

Very nice 3 bedroom and close to the city. The kitchen is stocked well and if you don’t want to eat in one of the many fine restaurants then you could prepare your meal here. Very comfortable furniture and the backyard fire pit is awesome!I would stay here on my next trip if it is available!

This house was perfect for our stay. 5 adults occupied the bedrooms and 2 kiddos on the sofa sleeper. We did not cook or eat here, but it was a very comfortable home base and relaxing hang out for evening games and lazy mornings. Easy drive to loads of fabulous restaurants, downtown shopping and all the must see things. The home was very clean and welcoming. We had no issues and really enjoyed our time.

50th Birthday Weekend

We were looking for an affordable place for us and our family (with a dog) near downtown Asheville to celebrate a 50th birthday. This property was affordable, quiet, and close to everything we wanted to do downtown. We had a great weekend with no major issues at the property.

We love Asheville!

Perfect house for a family gathering! The hosts have thought of everything. The decor is beautiful, big kitchen and huge back yard. It was cold and rainy, so we didn’t get a chance to use the fire pit out back, but will next time for sure!!

Perfect home

I rented this home for my mother and 3 of her oldest friends for my daughter’s wedding in Asheville. My mom and friends just raved about the house and all the amenities. They rated it 5 stars and would love to make another visit this summer.

Great house!

The three bedrooms were perfect for our family of 6 (wife and I, two boys, and two girls. It was a solid home base for our outings to the Biltmore (10 minutes), downtown Asheville (8 minutes), and an hour or less from multiple hiking and rafting destinations. The backyard was spacious and the fire pit was perfect for a night of s'mores. We'll definitely return when we are back in Asheville.

The backyard and front yard were not mowed.

We could not enjoy the backyard because it wasn't mowed . The grass was very high. The grass was wet . Had the lawn been mowed, the grass wouldn't have stayed so wet as long during the day.

Pleasant, comfortable stay for our family of 5! Home is clean and spacious, it is very well cared for. The neighborhood is quite peaceful, and a short drive to everything Asheville has to offer. Excellent communication with the owner and no issues, wish we could stay longer!
