The property is homey and provides everything you would need to make your stay comfortable. The home has a private boat launch which makes it easy to go fishing everyday. We have stayed here multiple times and would recommend it to anyone you wants the comforts of home away from home.

House was just as described. Very clean and has anything you need for a lake getaway. Great access to boat ramp and dock. Grandkids loved fishing of the dock!!! Highly recommend this place!!!! Great hosts!!! We will definitely be back!!!!

This was an excellent property and beautiful. Owners checked in several times to make sure everything was good. Definitely will stay here again.

Second Stay! Still a great place!

This is the second time that we have stayed at this home and it was just a great this time as it was the last. Perfect outfit for fisherman in the area for tournaments. There is plenty of parking and the covered car port is an excellent place to store and charge your boat. There was plenty of space for our group and the kitchen is appropriately equipped in case you want to cook at the house. We will be back next time we are in the area. Thank you!

Super nice place to stay and big carport for boat even if you have power poles. Everything was very nice and neat and clean and the host gave good instructions the day of check in and even checked in middle way of our stay asking if all was good and if we needed anything. Highly recommend

Awesome place to stay while visiting Guntersville!

Great place to stay! Quite, clean and easily accessible if you have a boat. Has a great place to park your boat out of the weather with plenty of lights to rig tackle and several electrical plugs to charge multiple boats.

Awesome place to stay for fishing

Very nice house and location to stay when fishing Guntersville and GTO Waterfront is very close. You have your own private ramp if you choose to use it and communication with owner was excellent. Definitely recommend if you’re visiting Lake Guntersville.

Another fantastic stay in Scottsboro right next to the ramp!

This was our 3rd trip at this house and it always exceeds expectations! The weather was great, communication with property manager was spot on, and the fish cooperated! We'll be back next March to do it all over again!

Fishing Trip

We ended up booking this house because of the proximity to the lake as well as the private community boat ramp and covered boat parking. Would definitely highly recommend booking this property for anyone especially if you have a boat or two. The covered and lighted car port had enough outlets to charge two boats overnight which was a plus since we were on the lake 10 hours a day. Will definitely be staying again the next time we come!

Peaceful Escape

We really enjoyed our stay in this spacious home. The only reason I have a 4 star on accuracy is that the dock that leads out into the water was broken. Other than that everything was perfect and very well stocked. Highly recommend this location if you want some where quiet but still close to everything.

Super nice cottage near the lake!

The house was exactly as described. All of the rooms were large and airy. We enjoyed the open kitchen and living room and had everything we needed to be comfortable. There was plenty of parking for our trucks and 2 boats. The driveway is flat and the lighted carport with power was a huge bonus.
