Featuring vaulted sky windows, this very private hideaway is bright and sunny all day long. Master has a high end luxury king for a great night's sleep with gentle waves lapping the shore below. Den converts to private 2nd bedroom with retractable door and deluxe queen Murphy bed. Extra bedding is a queen aerobed. Two private balconies with awesome ocean views! 2 Japanese electric fireplaces for extra warmth when needed (master bedroom and living area). Elevator access/no steps. Great limo-style golf cart. High speed internet. A total of 1109 sq. feet. H1079 | | | Rental of a vacation home in Hamilton Cove includes use of the community’s amenities (pool, spa, health club, 18-hole putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball court and beach area with built in barbecues and picnic tables). One of the best units in my opinion! Amazing views, the golf cart was amazing, and the location couldn’t have been better. The hosts were kind and easy and everything was smooth.

There are about 5 large steps to get to the landing where the elevator is. My 81 yo mom was able to climb the stairs with her walking sticks and the railing. The unit was beautiful, right over the water and clean. We kept the doors and windows open to hear the ocean when we were there, heavenly!

Dirty and aged

The place is a good location. Better view are higher units. The place is really dirty and aged. Not worth the money.

Beautiful view and very clean rooms

Just a couple of items in the listing that were misleading: On VRBO it says 3 bedroom but it is definitely 2 bedroom condo. There is a golf cart "limo style" but only 4 seats Overall it is the place to stay on the island! Only 10min cart drive to Avalon. Management was very responsive and helpful

Condo very outdated old couches that were worndown and uncomfortable, bedding outdated Condo was dirty needed to be clean lampshades for instance lampshades very dusty, etc.towels are very old not soft

Hurricane Evacuation

I was hoping to get a refund for the second day. An alarm went off in the entire complex in the AM on Saturday morning due to the Hurricane warning (I think). We were asked to evacuate (and did) that day. We didn't spend anytime in the Condo beyond 9:00 AM on that Saturday morning. Can I get a refund for the second day that we were asked to leave?

Amazing views

Hamilton Cove is top notch. We enjoyed every minute. Golf cart is great for getting around. The home was clean and well maintained. We will be back.

Great spot in Hamilton Cove

Property is lovely and as advertised. The elevator was very helpful as we were an older group and not all of the condos have elevators. The floor to ceiling mirrors are a little odd, but you get used to them. we loved the location, so close to the beach you get the sounds of the waves.
