Welcome to Hamilton Cove Villa 2-46

Easy access to this beautifully appointed villa with full ocean view from living room, both bedrooms, and balcony. Tile floors throughout villa, and a 40-inch flat panel TV in the living room. Only 14 steps to the road and a total of 1067 sq. feet.

Bedrooms feature a King size bed in the master, Queen bed in the guest bedroom and the living room provides a queen size sofa sleeper. This villa also includes a 2026 6-passenger golf cart. H246

Rental of a vacation home in Hamilton Cove includes use of the community’s amenities (pool, spa, health club, 18-hole putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball court and beach area with built in barbecues and picnic tables). Some restrictions may apply. Occupants subject to Hamilton Cove Homeowners Association Rules & Regulations.

This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum July & August).

Awesome stay at catalina

This was my family’s first time in Catalina (2 adults with 3 kids under 7). It was just perfect. Had everything we needed and felt like home instantly. The golf cart was a little older but my kids got a kick out of it and loved it. Thank you for hosting us!

Perfect location with minimal steps to the main road. We love Hamilton Cove and have stayed in this community before however we were not very impressed with this property. It wasn’t the neatest or cleanest place. Didn’t appear to be newly remodeled like the description says. It was very hot in the house, no AC. Bath towels were so small and not enough bath/hand towels for 4 days. Some of us had to use the same towel the entire time. Linen closet smelled bad and only had old comforters and pillows. The sofa bed mattress was very thin and extremely uncomfortable. You could feel the bars underneath digging into your back. 1st bedroom mattress was also uncomfortable, the springs were so weak that when I sat or laid on the edge I slipped off the bed. There was only one coffee mug in the house and a few tiny tea cups luckily we had a few thermos mugs we brought from home. Lastly, the golf cart appears to be on its last leg. It drove very slow and had a hard time going uphill.

Hamilton cove stay

What a wonderful view this unit has. It’s also situated only a few minutes drive into town but has all the amenities you need right in the property like a private beach, putting green, tennis court, pool and spa just to mention a few. The unit also came with a 6 passenger golf cart which was great. We would love to come back soon.

Beautiful stay, lack of response to issues

All toilets were not working upon arrival. Contacted Hamilton Cove and CIVR who had no idea what was going on. Emergency response number useless.Turned out many units had same issues. Was resolved next day. Additionally, lock in back patio door was broken. Reported it via emergency phone, text, and directly at CIVR office. Was still broken upon our departure. (4 days). Our entire stay we had to leave our unit unlocked and security compromised.

Nice weekend get away

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Location could not have been better. Just outside of town with the best views and Amenities the property has to offer. Only a few stairs and steps away from golf cart. Very easy to get around in this small town. Master bed was a little hard for my taste but other than that overall extremely satisfied with this rental .

Vacation with my daughter

This was the second time I had stayed at Hamilton Cove. I was a bit disappointed in this unit. 2-46. Although, the view was beyond amazing, the deck wasn't private. There were 2 condos on either side. Both condos could look into my condo. The walls were quite thin. The people above me were loud the entire time I was there. The golf cart needed new plastic doors. This condo needs a few more upgrades.

Wonderful weekend stay

A great property with great views, comfortable and stylish. One thing to note... the pool was locked and the spa was drained, most likely due to COVID/Quarantine so if those are critical confirm they are open before booking. The golf cart was super fun. To get to the property from the catalina express you have to take a taxi which costs about $20 plus tip.

Perfect location

Hamilton Cove is the perfect place to stay and the golf cart is super convenient to get into town. The condo had everything needed to make meals to enjoy on the terrace so you can take in the gorgeous view! The golf cart might need some maintenance, there were times I didn’t know if we would make it back up the hill but it beats walking!

Very comfortable and relaxing

I had an amazing time we all enjoyed the stay I strongly recommend this please the view is amazing being able to wake up in the morning opening the huge doors and looking out towards the ocean. This is a place that we will definitely come back to you very soon communication with management was easy over text message. Everything was very organized and we had no issues with neighbors. 100% recommendable

Nice property however could use some updated kitchen items. Overall very comfortable with only 10 steps to golf cart.

Beautiful View

We come to Catalina often and have never stayed at this particular property. The pluses are that there are very few steps you have to navigate. The golf cart is close by, management is available. The property itself, along with the golf cart, just need some refreshing.

Love this condo, complex, and island!

We had a magical time at Hamilton Cove and are ready to head back! The condo was decorated nicely and it felt very spacious. It had all that we needed and was really clean. The view was amazing! We loved the patio and spent a lot of time gazing at the ocean. My only complaint is that the king bed was very uncomfortable and the couch was as well. Everything else though was great. We traveled here in the off season and even thought it was a little chilly and the water was cold, we loved that the island was not crowded! It was really peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed our time at the complex in the hot tub, pool and gym. We walked down to the little beach and even saw some dolphins. The putting range was cute, but we found the golf clubs in the closet too late to use them and didn't see a croquet set, we would have liked to play on the green for that! We used the golf cart every day, which ran pretty well. It seemed a little older and at times we worried if it would start, but it didn't give us any problems. This complex is within walking distance of town, but it would be a long walk, so the golf cart is the only way to go! We did the local food tour, which was fun and we enjoyed a day kayaking and relaxing at a cabana at the beach club. Our family really enjoyed the ropes course as well! there was a lot of fun shopping and the food was really good. We loved every restaurant we went to! We would really like to go back again and would choose this place to stay at for sure. I think it would have been such a nice perk if the gold cart was waiting at the rental office and if we could have drove it down/back from there for check in and return vs. a taxi, but it wasn't that big of a deal, $20 each way.

Great weekend-Great Hamilton Cove Condo

My brothers, daughter and her boyfriend went to Catalina for a race and have a nice weekend. This condo is super clean, nice furnishings and a fun golf cart ride to town. Super quiet while there. View is spectacular from the outdoor ocean view bar patio. Gotta read the directions for check-in or you get to go back to town to get the key. My brothers gave me the business but went back to town to get the key while they checked out Hamilton Cove. If I could have a wish granted it would be to have a golf cart with fewer or no fumes. They are pretty bad. But would definitely stay here again. Fun times. Great place.

August 2018 Stay

Unit 2-46 is spectacular. Very comfortable, spacious place with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The views are spectacular. The unit is remodeled with beautiful flooring and remodeled baths. So comfortable. I highly recommend it. I will be staying here again for sure!

Beautiful spot. It was very relaxing. Loved having the golf cart. The unit 2-46 was clean and well stocked. I would suggest the replace the couch, however. It's very old.
