Nine minutes from Universal Studios, this is a private wing of a creaky old mega mansion built in Los Angeles's most affluent and safe neighborhoods. behind the glitter and glam, you'll find scuffed hardwood floors and swollen baseboards. The location however, is absolutely unbeatable. Its in one of the most central locations in the city while still being completely safe and quiet with adequate parking. If your towing or have a truck with more than 4 wheels you might find in hard to drive up here because of narrow roads. There is an outdoor picnic area with a working barbeque. Smoking is allowed in the outdoor area but not inside the apartment. Other popular locations nearby include the Hollywood Blvd "Walk of Fame" and the Sunset Strip for some wicked clubbing and food. Speaking of food you'll also want to check out any of the sushi places on Ventura Blvd. There are plenty of car meets at Bobs Big Boy and even some educational stuff like the Getty Center, Norton Simon, and the Science Museum.
