The Space:
You'll fall in love with Casa Mariana the moment you enter this heart-warming home with its cheerful colors and traditional Mexican décor! Do you know that feeling when you get to a new vacation place and you stop at the entrance, take a breath, and then it feels like you just arrived home and feel your heart and soul embraced? This is the feeling we share with our guests at Casa Mariana. The house is located on a very quiet small street with very little traffic. Guests love to wake up, listen to our little street begin to awake, walk around the block to delight themselves with the gentle sound of the waves and the colors in the sea while taking note of how the city slowly moves into a bright new day.

The main features of the 130 sq m | 1,400 sq ft townhouse:

- An open floor plan that welcomes you with comfortable seating and a Smart TV - great for relaxing after a hard day of fun activities.

- A fully-equipped KITCHEN that features quality appliances, loads of cabinet space to stock up with groceries, and everything you’ll need to prepare meals at home. Of course, we didn’t forget a coffee maker to help get your day started and a blender for those afternoon mixers!

- A DINING TABLE for 4 guests to enjoy home-cooked meals and good conversation.

- 2 BEDROOMS & 2 BATHROOMS to accommodate up to 4 guests as such:

- In-home WASHER & DRYER

- A 180° PANORAMIC OCEANVIEW ROOF TERRACE with a front row seat for some of the most stunning sunsets in the world. There’s also an outdoor dining table for entertaining.

The property is about 16 km | 9.9 mi from the La Paz International Airport (LAP) and 197 km | 123 mi from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD).

We offer a private shuttle service from either airport. It’s best to pre-arrange your airport transfer. However, there are other means of public transportation like the bus or other shuttle services. If you need assistance, let us know. We’d be happy to help!

Other Things to Note:
Guests must climb stairs.

During the summer months, we experience water shortages in La Paz where at times, you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turn it off when it's absolutely not needed, and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom). Our local team can provide you with assistance if you have questions. We appreciate your support and understanding and must remind you that the property has water tanks and a full cistern upon delivery of the property. If it is necessary to refill the water, it will be the guest's responsibility.

Electricity consumption is regulated between June 1st - October 31st. Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee, in this case, charged on the day of check-in.

We remind you that damaged items such as towels, sheets, blankets, armchairs, walls, and/or stained furniture will be charged at the time of checkout.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. Please keep in mind that any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of checkout.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed inside the condo and the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets (only dogs) are allowed. If you're traveling with your dog(s), please be aware that there are stray/street dogs in the area that can be territorial. We cannot be held liable for any issues or injuries that may result from an encounter with these street dogs. The renter is liable and must take full responsibility when traveling with their pet.

You’ll have complete privacy in the townhome during your stay.
