Welcome to our bright Chinatown 1BR apartment with private balcony!

Just a 9-minute walk to Science World SkyTrain station and 10 minutes to Rogers Arena & BC Place stadium district — perfect for concerts, hockey games, soccer events (including FIFA 2026 matches at BC Place), or easy travel around Vancouver.

We're on a residential block on Main Street, close to vibrant Chinatown with dozens of great restaurants and shops.

Grocery convenience is excellent:
• Costco & T&T Supermarket (10–12 min walk)

Epicurean delights nearby:
• Michelin-starred Kissa Tanto (~5 min walk) & Barbara (~7 min walk)
• Plenty of Main Street eateries to explore

Outdoor options:
• False Creek paths for jogging, cycling, or waterfront walks (~9 min to Concord Community Park / seawall start)

The Space
Our condo offers approx. 560 sq.ft. of total space, including the private balcony, and is comfortable for up to two guests. The private balcony provides a convenient outdoor spot for fresh air or coffee. Inside you'll find a full kitchen with essentials, dedicated workspace, in-unit washer/dryer, portable air conditioning, bathtub, high-speed WiFi, fresh towels/shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer, and French press coffee.

Parking Note
There is no dedicated parking included, but street parking is often available nearby. The apartment was clean, but showed some minor wear and tear. Nice having washer and dryer in the unit. Host was very responsive and helpful.TV was usable only if you have personal subscription passwords. Otherwise, you are relegated to watching YouTube videos (with ads) or free offerings of old movies and TV series. Location was OK in the nearby blocks. Lots of Chinese restaurants and markets to choose from. Farther north, the area gets a bit sketchy. There is a great bar on the corner, the London Pub with a good happy hour from 3-6 every day. Public transportation is 2-6 blocks away and the Vancouver Transit system is clean, safe and cheap.

Perfect location for us. Close to the downtown. Close enough to walk. Discovered a yummy dessert bun place nearby. Suite was perfect. Comfortable, loved the washer/dryer. Cozy.

This was a cozy place to stay with easy bus access to downtown and walking to the boardwalk around False Creek. We enjoyed great restaurants in Chinatown.

Nice space. Especially liked the balcony. It was a breeze getting around. The apartment is really close to a bus stop, and close to gas town and downtown.

Had a really great week here. The owner was very responsive to communication and the apartment was clean and spacious for two people. Great to relax on the balcony in the evening. The local area also has some excellent restaurants.
