This ground floor, pet-friendly condo in the heart of Kits is a gem! Lucio was super responsive and attentive to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. The property itself had a cozy work station, well-appointed kitchen, and comfy living space. I would easily recommend this spot if you want to be within walking distance to the best in Vancouver.

Perfect location

Located near Kitsilano Beach park, many restaurants, grocery stores and activities within walking distance. Perfect for a short stay.

The property was exactly what we hoped for. It was close to the beach, shopping and the downtown core....short skip across bridge. I am nitpicking here, but parking was the only issue...on street parking in a popular area, near UBC can be tricky...that was the only downside of the location...but bar that, we were extremely happy with the stay, Thanks to host for accommodating perfume free laundered linens, as I have allergies, much appreciated. We enjoyed cribbage on the deck nightly with a bevy in the cool refreshing evening air. Close to market/shopping options. Highly recommend this location to couples or with one child..as 3rd is on hide-a-bed.Is as in photos.

There isn't any better location for staying in Vancouver. This place has a feeling of staying with friends. If you're interested in an austere hotel, this isn't the place for you But if you want a homey welcoming atmosphere with a beautiful little outdoor garden then you'll probably love this place.

Better than advertised!

We had an amazing time at this rental! The place was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect. The kitchen well equipped and the beautiful garden was perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. We stayed for one week and would definitely stay again.

Heart of Kitsilano

Comfortable digs in the heart of Kits. Especially loved the garden patio. Definitely recommended.

Kits

Great location, within walking distance to restaurant and the beach. Easy walk to catch a ferry to the west end or further down False Creek.

Great location

This apartment was a stone’s throw to the beach with lots of small cafes and restaurants as well as larger food stores. We had everything we needed in the place. Very comfortable bed! And lovely garden was a plus.

Great location

The one bedroom apartment is just 3 minutes walk distance to Kidsilano Beach and walking distance to UBC, Yale town, Granville Island and downtown. The small but beautiful garden provides a good place for smokers and night talking.

Great Location and Friendly Neighborhood

This was our second visit to Vancouver; it does not disappoint! The food, people, culture, and availability of public transportation is superb. Be prepared to hunt for parking should you choose to rent a car. Livio's place is very convenient to the beach; yet somehow he's managed to create a secluded and peaceful place to relax and enjoy your stay!

Great spot

My son and I stayed while we moved him into UBC for his second year. The location is great - easily walkable to great shops, restaurants, and the beaches. Livio is a great host and helpful when needed! Thank you!

Our kits stay

Livios apartment was an ideal location for kitsilano, the apartment was homely and so convenient for the local bars and cafes. Livio was very quick at responding to a number of questions we had and gave some great advice about restaurants in the area. Thank you for a lovely stay in a lovely place.

Garage sale decorated

Tired, dated, not very clean, not many amenities (no shampoo, paper towels, wash cloths, dishwasher soap). Plastic on window without glass, tape on front door instead of weather stripping, leaking bathroom tap, drains plugged. Won’t stay here again - outrageous price for what we got.

After a summer of 100% 5 star reviews, this review was a total surprise and a bit over the top. I am trying to find a leaking tap, a clogged drain, a window with no glass and a door with no weatherstripping. But no luck. The cleaning service would be greatly offended by comment the place was not clean.. Granted we messed up as it was a quick turnover and missed facecloths, paper towels and shampoo. Our mistake. I sense guest did not want to be here, as a family member chose the place for her. I am thinking she wanted to be downtown in a new shiny unit. The photos of the place clearly showed that this is a beach neighbourhood and the homes reflect that. I appreciate and thank you for the feedback. We can do better and will for the next guest.

A very nice home to stay in. Has a great private outdoor area with many plants to relax in. Location is perfect, close to the beach, close to shopping, can easy walk to BC place or take a scooter. This is the best vacation rental I have used.

Top Location in Vancouver

Das Apartment befindet sich im Erdgeschoss mit kleinem Garten. Es hat eine tolle Lage in der Nähe vom bekannten Kitsilano Strand und ist unweit vom Stadtzentrum! In der Umgebung gibt es tolle Geschäfte und Lokale und was selten in Vancouver ist, es gibt freie Parkplätze, die ohne Zeitbeschränkung sind! Es sind nicht viele aber wir haben immer einen gefunden! Nachteil der Wohnung ist, dass sie etwas altmodisch drinnen gestaltet ist (auch etwas dunkel) und etwas modrig riecht, da es eben eine Erdgeschoss Wohnung ist! Sie ist aber ansonsten Tip, Top und ich würde sie trotzdem jederzeit buchen!
