This stylish apartment is newly renovated and offers beautiful vinyl flooring, over-sized rooms and picnic table w/grill in the back yard. "DOUBLE PLAY APT 1" is a first and second floor (fully air- conditioned) 3 Bedroom apartment with Kitchen, Separate Dining Room, Living Room with a 50" Flat Screen TV and one full bath. All bedrooms have 40" inch or greater flat screen TV’s as well. All three bedrooms have queen size beds. For families / friends that wish to group together, “DOUBLE PLAY APT 2” is a 1st and 2nd floor apartment as well.

Guest Access:
Each apartment has separate keys. Apartment 1 washer/dryer is in a room off of the dining room downstairs. Apartment 2 washer/dryer is located right when you walk in the door. The driveway/lot is shared with Double Play Apt 2 with plenty of room for multiple vehicles.

The Neighborhood:
Lots to do in the area. Welcome guide is on the dining room table and emailed before arrival.

Wilbur Park pool, just 5 minutes walk away, $3 per person at entrance.

Just a short walk away from the restaurants and nightlife, gives DOUBLE PLAY an advantage over many different vacation rentals. You will have the access yet far enough away from the "downtown noise".

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 30 days of check in; 50% refund within 7 days of check in; no refund after that. There is a 5% fee associated with refunds.
